Why don't you be the judge?:
I am not a scientist or medical professional, so i won't give advice on online forums. Anyone concerned should do their own research and decide themselves whether they wanna vape diketones and how much.
Having said that, i think you are doing a disservice to the community by posting that pamphlet here without fact checking or providing links for the numbers. ECF should not be a source of misinformation imo. One cigarette does not contain that much diacetyl, that's the total AP and diacetyl for 20 cigarettes. And maximum diacetyl/ap for a the "worst" eliquid is not 9 micrograms. The vast majority of liquids have far less diketones in say 5 ml compared to a pack of cigarettes, and most have
none by now, as many flavor providers and vendors don't use them. But there are clearly some liquids in the market with far far higher numbers than what that pamphlet says. The "worst" are comparable with cigarettes ( 5 ml compared to 20 cigarettes ).
