Absolutely.
It's generally an issue of machine oil left on the metals from the manufacturing. Gack.
I take them mostly apart, try to get the O-Rings out as oil can be trapped under them.
Remember where they go!
Hot water bath with a little dish soap, rinse well... then rinse it again.
Lay all the parts out to dry for an hour (if you can wait that long) then shake any still remaining water (again) and have at it. They should be dry for storage, but they're gonna get wet with juice during use (which has a small amount of water) so there's no danger using them having just air dried for a bit. No shock hazard if you're worried about that.
(Come to think of it... you're going to become familiar with "dry burning" to clean used coils, if you aren't already... and that involves rinsing a hot coil under running water.)
Then repeat the atomizer cleaning as desired as they get gunked up from use. Simples.
