It can take a few days. Up to a week, IIRC. I think I used the eBay method & it took 3 or 4 days, but really it just all depends on how many other people are applying & how busy they are in general.

Thanks. To be honest buying and selling isn't my reason for being here, so it's not important for them to verify me quickly.

the classies really is the best place to pickup another Provari ... mine all came with extras ... such as, ejuice, couple of extended caps, a Loki ring, an IBTanked, an RSST, a charger and 7 batteries.

I'm not a huge classifieds person either, but it's rather handy when you're looking for a new mod to check there first - sometimes you can get a good deal on something that's basically brand new - or when you get that unexpected bill & you need to let one of your mods go.

Right now you're likely more in the first camp than the 2nd, but you never know in the future. It's just a good resource to have.

I've only had my Provari (Satin Finish) for less than a week, but I'm completely smitten with how incredible and simple to operate this thing is. I bought mine from my local vape store and to be honest, I paid more than I could have gotten one directly from ProVape.

I had a Zmax telescope prior and I actually bought the Provari to be my primary with the Zmax as backup. But when I realized how fantastic it is, the Zmax is in a box and I have just sold it to a guy I know who is currently still an ego-T user, which will be a big step up for him.

I'm not likely going to go RBA anytime soon, but I do think it would be a good idea to have a backup in case something goes wrong (after all, if something did and I didn't have a system it would be a bad thing for me). And I don't need a fancy finish or color as I actually quite like the Satin finish. So my question is would it be goofy to order a new "Blem" from Provape directly at a significant savings, which would mean I'd have two units exactly alike? It seems some of you have more than one Provari.

Also, have any of you ordered a "Blem" and if you did, just how blemished was it?

Thanks in advance........

I've had my satin silver 2.5 blem for about a month now, and I haven't found a blemish on it. People say the finish is slightly off compared to normal production satin silver, but it matches the extension cap perfectly, so...

For $130, you can't go wrong.

Thanks! I wish they had one with blue LED (they only had a red one on the site), but it's nice to know you don't see anything wrong with yours!

I have a satin silver with red LED and a satin silver blem with red LED. Blem goes out and the non-blem stays home.

Thanks! That's my plan as well. The blem will be my leave home device and my new one will be the pristine home one!

I haven't gotten shipping confirmation and free was the only option offered since I spent over. $99 (I also ordered some Noalox with it in case I ever need to lube /clean the threads) so I'm wondering what the shipping time to you was for your blem?

Not if -- but when..

Depending on how good a job you do, as well as its use & environment, you could probably get away with not doing it for a month or three (though more frequently is recommended)..

But yeah, everbody should be giving their cotton swabs, isopropyl & Noalox/Ox-Gard a good work-out every now & then for good longevity & performance...

Thanks. I already got some 99% isopropyl alcohol to clean the terminal connections.

I've never put Noalox on any of my Provaris. Besides the fact that it's not intended for use on stainless, if you just keep them clean, there's no need for it.

Good ol' BKF, can't beat it. Leaves the stainless spotless, passivated & just as good as new.

Why then does Provape sell and recommend Noalox for their devices?

Maybe it's just me, but I've always experienced better performance on every APV after a good isopropyl cleaning -- and even better with some Noalox/Ox-Gard.. Whether it be improved electrical conductivity stopping firing errors (more for non-ProVari's), or just the physical threading, themselves, becoming smoother & quieter...
