Would you feel more confident vaping in public if there were others?

I'm sitting in the laundromat vaping right now. No-one has bothered me yet. On another note, I really need to pickup some ecf cards.

I'm not being secretive either. I'm sitting here blowing vapor rings.

One thing that I have found here at ECF, is that most as in 99% of vapers are great people. I am aware of what is going on around me when I vape, and also try to be respectable, and I think this serves us well. But I do think I could vape much more openly knowing that if anyone were to ask me or any other vaper, we would probably be well recieved. The more vapers are noticed the more the public would find us to be a genuinly good lot of folks.

I have not seen 1 person vaping anywhere yet. My wife and I both do and have no problem doing this wonderful activity in public.

I vape everywhere! Some places more vapor than others. If I know it is a vape friendly place or an outside venue, I let it rip. But restaurants and other inside areas i'm more careful. My dad was in the hospital (he is a vaper) and we asked his doctors and they were very enthusiastic about it and let us vape in his room. I was getting a haircut and my beautician asked about my ecig and I gave out alot of infomation and suggestions.

I can understand why it's difficult for a lot of people to vape openly, but worry not. I'm sure that as the time goes by you will start seeing more and more fellow vapers around you and before you know it, you'll be among them, vaping proudly in the public. That's the way it goes.

I had a friend at work ask me about the smell. Ive known her forever so I said "You be the judge and blew it right in her face. At first she flinched cause she thought it was going to smell like smoke but then she got a big smile on her face and said that smelled good! LOL

hahaa, nice! People tend to be suspicious and prejudice at first but most of them realize after a quick intro, that they aren't bad at all. Keep it up!

TBH thats never really bothered me.Even in high school I was okay going my own way even if that meant pushing against the crowd.

I didnt go out my way to do it like some friends of mine,Ive always thought being different just to be a rebel without sound reasoning behind it was kinda lame but thats just me.
