as you prolly heard NY is comming real close to ban e-cigs, so the question is, if the ban gos thru meny other states will most likely follow, so would you move (no madder where) if there was only 1 or 2 states left where e-cigs were not banned?
Well, if I had unlimited money and didn't have to work, possibly. But since I own a home with only a very small amount of equity in a bad economy and can't just quit my job, I'd have to go with Mist's answer.
There are certain counties in the US where e-cigs are already illegal. A member here (can't remember who) found out after they'd already started vaping that it was illegal in their county.
They didn't seem to have any trouble getting stuff shipped in.
Personally, I am more apt to follow with the "Ignore the idiotic law" line, but I would also love to have the resources to move across the pond where PVs are legal (at least to my knowledge.)
Then again, I mix my own juice, make my own bat mods, and buy cartos in bulk so my orders would be few and far between. Could easily get them in or else have them shipped to a buddy elsewhere, relabeled and shipped to me.
I think they would just ban electronic cigarettes sales, meaning kiosk, smoke shops, etc. I dont think they would ban the use of e-cigarettes, unless I am wrong. Shipping to these states is not a problem when the e-cig company is based out of a different state.
NY is not 'close' to banning anything as far as ecigs go (low taxes and less wreckless spending is another conversation however) .. last spring they had a government member pass a bill to discuss it, then it died.
If I am wrong and there is a new development, let me know...
