I remember hearing that smoking caused wrinkles. (I'm a guy and am somewhat indifferent to such vanities), BUT--when I went into work last week a friend of mine ask if I'd been doing something to my face.

Hu?

'Well, it looks smoother, different--you being seeing a doctor?'

So.......when you quit smoking, and begin vaping, do those wrinkles caused by smoking.............smooth out?

this is really interesting. I've been using Renova (a prescription wrinkle cream) for the last two years. I've noticed my skin looking better over the last few months. I just thought the cream was working a lot better for some reason. But I quit smoking and started vaping at the end of this last May...now I'm thinking THAT's the reason!

    Moonlight,
I know how expensive that stuff is. Perhaps you can save a few bucks..lol, or, take that money and buy more vaping supplies!!
And I really don't know what it is in analogs that causes wrinkles earlier, perhaps all the nasty stuff, heh? IMO analogs cause so many physical problems, wrinkles being just one of them.
    Fountain of Youth....
All i know is, I'll take anything that helps!!! Well, not anything, but you get the drift...

Funny you should mention this, I noticed the wrinkles I had between my eyebrows and forehead were getting less noticeable. I thought it was just my eyesight getting worse.

I'm sure since the skin is an organ with all the chemicals leaving the body it is also working better. What you put in your bodies does have a lot to do with how good your skin looks.

I don't have wrinkles. My cheeks are bagging down closer to my chin though. I can't say it is getting any better or worse while I've been vaping. My nails are loooooong. I have always had good nails but I did occasionally break one. Not now though. It hasn't helped with the cellulite though either. I guess I will still be an old lady.

Actually, cigarettes break down the collagen in the supporting layers of skin. Less collagen and elastin mean wrinkles, as there is nothing to tie the upper layers of the skin to the muscles underneath and everything starts to sag

My pores have gotten tighter and I'm getting acne like crazy. Had to dig out the Dove vibrating cleanser and pads and start using them again.

    DH says skin looks better.

Uh, I think that the increased weight gain has filled out my... wrinkles.

This is due to being closer to the fridge for the 12oz curls, and not having to get up as much for a break.

    Maybe it's just me.

Oh, and I never run out of alcohol. If I run out of beer, I just grab the fruit juice in the fridge, and mix with a little (1/2 shot) of Everclear 75% in the eCig isle of the kitchen. LOL! I can get more 12ozs the FOLLOWING day.
