Had the wrong base sent to me. Just contacted the seller, it is marked as more than half the strength I ordered. I'm sure they will right the error, but in this scenario, do we send back the product or is it essentially viewed as their loss, your gain. What would you do?

It's one thing that we the consumers must trust the purity and cleanliness of the manufacturer . It's probably more an issue for a company to accept a returned product from a buyer, the world being what it is currently ... I really don't think they want it returned, and if they did they would mention it themselves before making good on a product replacement.

Vendor Prepaid Return Freight label would be proper for unopened product.

Wait is it LESS than half strength, or is it more than DOUBLE strength?
Either way, they should OFFER to send you the right order, and also keep the mistake - unless it's like a full liter - then I could see asking for a return if unopened, or if it is double strength, ASKING if you want to just keep it.

At that point I would be seriously considering doing a titration test anyways, just to see what the real deal is

Ordered 100 mg, received 48. I know it's an honest error, just wondering how common this is now and if it will be more commonplace as we get closer to the deeming haha

I would check the difference in price, and whatever the difference is, ask for a credit. The 48mg/ml is likely cheaper. Test it (test kits are cheap on Amazon) to see what it actually is; and then use it. You'll just have to alter your recipe a bit.

It's likely an honest error. I know that the nic vendors are swamped right now, because of people stockpiling. But, I would definitely want to know exactly what strength it is, by testing it, before using.
