X2 need cleaning?

My charger end holes are rectangular, but they are a lot bigger than the two up top. I'm thinking Mroutlaw is correct that the holes aren't lining up with the clearo notches. I tried a tiny rubber gasket to stop the clearo from screwing down so far, but it wasn't thin enough, and blocked the holes.
It's currently hitting well enough, but it takes a long drag to get that hit. Maybe I can count it as exercise..

Just call SI on Monday, I'm sure they will replace it
