Hello, I got some xc-116 form rbasupplies a few days ago and I'm struggling to make it wick right...
I build a microcoil as I do with cotton wicks and I slided in a piece of xc-116 down to the bottom of the tank. The coil isn't chocking the wick in any way and the wick hole (I enlarged it a few months back) is big enogh lo let the wick trough with no effort. I tried different juices too but I can get the wick to suck up enough juice and I'm getting dry hits. The coil is 1.3 ohm and I Usually vape with my vamo between 8-10watts.. I have no problems with cotton but I would like to try to make this work...maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I also tried to build a bigger coil on the wick (shaped in a U shape at the top), using less wraps to keep resistance down. It seems to work a little better but far from cotton... Any help?

Thank you very much

ps.in my aga-t2 there is no 2nd wick hole so I can't double feed the wick....

I tried ecowool for the same thing. I've only got it to wick uphill when I wrapped mesh around it. I cut the mesh off the height of the top deck and just wick around the ecowool and that one does wick uphill well. Otherwise, I couldn't make it work. I see pictures of people doing it but don't know what the deal is.
