Still waiting of mine, also 1st FT batch. What's your

arth_; please tell me, fire button works well without rattle noise? I will get also clownstick from 1st FT-batch, but postal-Lord works very slow .

The fire button works well. It does have a bit of rattle if you shake it around. But that doesnt bother me. I dont shake it around.

Im happy with the board too. I was going to swap it out for an original dna but I dont think I will until it stops working. Don't use TC mode so I cant tell you about that side of things.

My clone (also in search of a home) doesn't rattle at all. I was semi impressed with that aspect.

For $50 they're an excellent buy. I'm assuming they'll hold up for awhile, of course, but it's too early to say (with any certainty).

All in all, I like it. And if I didn't have the authi's, I'd definitely keep it.

The second one giving you the errors would be a good test of my theory that its a grounding issue. If you can... remove the set screw in 510 plate and screw the 510 plate up and down 20 times or so in effort to improve the ground there. Also check the ground screw under bottom plate. Since I messed around with ground I rarely ever get that error message. When I do get that message and just reset it comes back quick but if I remove the atty and wipe out the connection it is good till battery gets low.

OK I tried this, but after removing the little screw in the 510 plate there was no way I could move the plate....I applied considerable force..but it wouldn't butch......do I need to remove more screws??

Mine is stiff but with the screw removed it will spin. I used a large flat blade screw driver to get mine going at first.

Today got fasttech Clown (1st batch), item-# (invoice)= 357.4401. Runs out of the box without errors or wrong message on blue display. Clean 510 thread & contact and awesome optic. Buttons working fine and authentic. Works with GP SnP-Tank and Boge Carto (2.2 Ohm) adjusted 7.5 Watt to find sweet spot, switched Temp off. Recommended!!!

someone say that he order and receive xvostick from gearbest can you confirm that is the one with no spring loaded510?
or is the same like all the others? i think that no spring loades its better.
it is big pen with strong resistance, cannot confirm to feel a spring. Maybe someone can compare below pic with his Clownstick by 3f or GearB or FC

Kat`d, soft or clicky throw of buttons depending by board or mechanical differences ?

buergermeester, I'd venture to say that it is dependent on the mechanical differences, or perhaps the manufacturing differences. I don't think the button presses have anything to do with the board on these. I'm NO modder tho.

To be honest, both button throws are really quite nice, and adequate. One is just a bit softer than the other.

DPL, I know of a couple of people who have inquired about my Clownstick. I can certainly let you know of their interest if you're still looking to adopt it out. :)
