With the "help" of a friend, Kat & I grabbed a red one this weekend. She's going to take either it, or keep her blue one and send me the red. I'll then "lose" my black & brass one (keeping the black & SS one forever).

Ironically, it was exactly one year ago (today) that I placed our initial order. The one that. well, almost drove me crazy. But this much later, it truly was everything I envisioned and more. mods are a personal preference thing, but I don't see how anyone could possibly improve the design for my own tastes.

I like a LOT of mods, and some of them I like a LOT. But the Xvo & Billet Boxes simply stand out for me. The Untouchables, for lack of a better term.

don't think a DNA75 will fit, it 18mm*66mm, the Xvo is only 50 mm wide, so won't fit:
http://www.evolvapor.com/datasheet/dna75.pdf

If they somehow magic it up, I'll sure be interested though :)
But I would rather they try to fit the Dicodes chip, it's 17mm*56mm, still a bit to large, but closer.

Edit: mhh, I see the screen can bemoved, so maybe they can fit it horizontal and adjust the screen to the bottom........:) but I fear it remains wishfull thinking.

Would that be better with my 11 watts, Dru?:lol:

I got lucky. I know. And not a day goes by that I don't appreciate that fact.

Hehe 11w huh? I am already up to 16.5W WHooa!
It's not the wattage I need, but some extra options in wire type, pre-heat and stuff can't hurt, especially when you don't know what the future will bring with all the deemings going on. You never know what you will like/need in the future :)

And gratz on another Xvo! I also watch the classies locally to see if I can pick up another authentic for not too much....but they are quite rare.....

Thanks, but it was a friend's (not advertised). He came to us first because he hates messing with the classies. We were NOT planning to get any more, but then I began thinking...

And that's ALWAYS a bad sign, from ANY vaper!

I think I'm good with the kanthal stuff. Kat's playing around with SS, but I'm very happy so...

Maybe the DNA75 can fit in the Ystick?

Yes it will definitely fit in there, but I rather keep the sx350j v2 they have in there right now.
Xvo has one great feature and that is that it has the best form factor/weight, Ystick has everything else, but it is considerably larger, so Xvo wins big on that front, and it's the reason I would like another one. (though the Knight comes very close, they should just have made it lighter and it would have been perfect)..

I use Ystick/Dicodes No6 at home and Xvo/Knight for out and about (ok and the Plato :) )

I actually like the cut-out better on the Knight. It provides easy access to most of my rta bases without any adjustments. It also has the added bonus of being a stainless steel cudgel should u need to defend yourself from an unwashed heathen pig-dog defiler FDA attack. Fully loaded for bear my Knight weighs in at 323 grams and change. My ProXvoStick with a 26650 on board only comes in at 316 grams lol If they would just make the Knight V2 in Ti they would be on to something. I'm in partnership right now with a professional stab-wood guy and I may have the answer to my own prayers. I do all the electronics, he does all the purty woods stuffs...not seen alot of stabilized wood side by sides out and hope the project comes together sooner rather than later.

And I just realized that you meant a GOLD Kabuki - yes? If so, ignore my previous posts. I was thinking the Gunmetal Zenkote.

Yup, my gold Kabook should be here tomorrow and she gonna look good on my brass Xvostick. Have a gold KFL+ on it now but it just does not have the elegant lines of a GoldZK special. And yea, was the Meat I got it from. Turns out he lives local and after chatting a bit found out he got it used as well. So the secret identity of who shat the wiring and debris inside remains a mystery. I mean a slice of a magazine page as an insulator? Seriously?

Oh man... The rotating plate in my xvostick has jammed up, this has happened before, a number of times actually and I was always able to loosen it by tapping downwards on it with a screwdriver or something, but not this time, it's stuck pretty good.

I think, but can't say for sure, that the threads are kind of loose / rattly and get misaligned causing it to seize up like this. No idea how to fix this so checking to see if anyone has a clever solution, only thing I can think of is plenty of grease and the BFH.

If you have a good, strong, needlenosed tweezers, you should be able to break it free. I've done it a few times using those.

It's usually caused by the grub screw falling inside. It basically indicates that it could have been a bit tighter. Have you been able to remove the screw?
