There is still one there, it might have to find it's way into my ever growing drip tip collection.
I don't blame you. I was VERY CLOSE to pulling the trigger on that one earlier today.

Anyone know how to make silicone sleeves? I'd love to get one for my XvoStick before I put a crap ton of dings in it.
I'm sorry but I just choked.
Would you put shelf-paper on a Bugati?![]()
Ha, nope, but I wouldn't be dropping a Bugatti as often as I drop my mods. I have already managed to put a small ding on my Xvo...
I have a couple of jWraps for various mods, they're nice but don't protect the most dinged areas like the corners. I have an IPV D2 and the silicone sleeve that comes with it is nice. I barely notice it's there and the extra bit of protection it gives is welcome to this klutz. Heck, I fall UP my stairs several times a day and I quit drinking many moons ago.
@skotsour I was waiting for it to come in to brag but since it's on it's way and you're asking ... I too am clumsy as _____ and wanted to protect my precious. I had one of of the handmade Parish leather holders made, from the pics online they look pretty nice ... I'll be sure to post some pics and impressions when it comes in (just left Russian postal customs).
But here's a little teaser pilfered from their website.

PS: They're customizable to add a belt loop or clip and they will even stamp the leather with a sketch you submit to them for a negotiated price

My status just changed from acceptance for shipment to preparation of shipment.I think they may have gotten a few more orders than anyone had been expecting, based on the shipping times and how quickly The Imitators jumped on the concept.
It's a VERY special device though, and I think you'll be pleased. They've already replied to me about the button issue, and I have every reason to believe they're addressing it. It's far from a universal problem, but yes, it's not isolated either. When you're truly breaking new ground though, which Mini clearly has with the XvoStick, there are bound to be a few glitches.
The good thing is that they're tremendously responsive, even during this holiest of holiday periods for them. Communications have far exceeded my own personal expectations, and I can't speak highly enough of them. I'm beginning to understand why they've built up such a loyal following now.

I patiently (ha ha) await the return of my Chvostick ("Seatbelt"). Meanwhile I'll take pleasure in waiting with you guys, and enjoying along with you (those lucky enuf to have one in their paws).
Come home, little Seatbelt, with a stickyless button!![]()
Yes mine did to about 12 days ago, and than it changd back to "accepted for shipping" , so not sure what is going on. I asked them and they said they would ship it last week, but no such joy
Also find Chel's answer "the problem with the button can be solved with some cleaning" not very reassuring that they looked into it and solved it.
We'll just have to wait and see I guess
