Yay SJ way to get this thing back up !!! ECF IS ALIVE!!

At the risk of going a little backwards to 'the Lord of the Flies' - hope all who made unkind or critical comments will take note of the communications between SJ and Parked, who got flamed for offering to buy the site (before more details about SJ being unwell recently but passionate about keeping ECF going himself got loose) in what appeared to be genuine desire to keep it going.

I shan't name names, but just say I think you let yourselves down a bit. I'm a born cynic too but still TRY to think the best of others first until they've shown themselves unworthy.

A bit like the way I tend to refer to all males as 'gentlemen', again until and unless they prove they aren't. Apparently this caused Madog to laugh like a drain, but my definition of 'gent' is not dependent on what kind of clothes they wear, standard of education, accent they speak with, car (or bike) they have or stuff like that. You can be very rough indeed to look at but still a gentleman to me. Madog, you still are in my book - possibly a very macho testosterone-driven gent - but still a gent.

<contented sigh> Oh, isn't it great to be back? Respect and gratitude to SJ and anyone and all who may have helped.
