If you get a chance try to find a video of the New Year's celebration fireworks that were done in Abu Dabi at about 2pm this afternoon central time. They were absolutely amazing.

We are spending New Year's Eve quietly at home, like we have done the past several years. Too much craziness going on out there.

Us too. Usually the fireworks that go off in the neighborhood scare the crap out of our cats so we spend the evening trying to console them.

BF is asleep at the moment, and I'm still in my "PJ"s (fuzzy pants and sweatshirt). We're only 43 but we're already old fuddy duddies.

'Bout the most rowdy we get on New Year's eve is having a little alcohol (by a little I mean 1 beer or mixed drink) and watch the "Twilight Zone" marathon.
