I love them all, your puppies and your kitties are so cute!!

I get the recognition thing, there's a member on the DIY forum with Thaya's old avi from RHPS, I almost commented to her until I read the screen name twice!!

That's for sure, FQ! I was reading the DIY forum the other day and saw my avatar. I was trying to figure out when the heck I'd posted in the DIY forum...then it hit me. It wasn't me at all!

Who is that lovely little angel you are sporting today? I had to do a double take! Probably nightmares later too  if I'm not careful!

How and WHERE have you been lady?

Claudia, I have spent several nights neglecting the newbies and reading umpteen hundreds of posts in DIY and following myriad links all over the place. I have read several cookbooks worth of recipes. They are not kidding when they say taste is subjective. Percentages are all over the place for the same flavor depending on vendor, recipe, dominant or supporting flavor, # of flavors in the whole, etc.

From what I am reading, we should not wait to start mixing until after we exhaust our current stash of premade juices. We will probably need those to vape for the first several months. I am reading about a lot of people that after 4 to 6 months and over a hundred sample bottles, have successfully made 2 or 3 all day vapeable stuff. This sounds like mad scientist stuff.

Like me coming over to your house and sitting down at your computer and creating one of your masterpieces on my first try, with me having no artistic talent at all. That is what we are looking at. Unless you want to vape straight menthol or a straight tobacco - one flavor, one note.

See here's where I get completely lost, it would never enter my mind to add marshmallow or cotton candy, and a dash of watermelon or blackberry to try to get peach. Then add the fact that we are talking percentages and my brain shuts down cause that's math. I have no doubt I am going to need exact recipes and a juice calculator to do this, but for the moment I feel like I have too many different juice flavors that I need to use up first, or at least use some of it.

OK I'm not planning on exhausting my current supply of juices, but I do need to at least get what I have organized and figure out what I like of what I have. I really need to stop using a moth as my avatar, I think it may be contributing to my behaving and thinking like a moth and flitting from one thing to another. lol.

BTW the Yorkie is not a digital painting, it was done with real paints and brushes on a read 3D rock.

I'm using this self-portrait as my Halloween avatar since she looks so much like me and all. ;)

I've been around, just not much to say lately. I've gotten so sick of my co-workers on my job I've been looking for a different one. I went on an interview today and have another scheduled for Wednesday. Hopefully something will come of them and I can tell the lazy people I now work with to take their cliques and and their nepotism and shove them.

Hi Lori. Good to see you. Hope all is well.

Claudia, the yorkie on the rock is lovely. I could tell it was not computer. I really like it. I am playing with my juices on my MVP2, some are tasting a little different for some reason. More playing needed.

Yeah to Dale for another yorkie avatar. Thaya, you gotta get a facial or something. Hope you can line up a job in a better environment. You don't need to be walked all over. Good luck there.

Thanks Lox and JJ for the DIY insight. And Lox, I think I get what you are saying when you described your vanilla cake potion. This will be a creation process. I am going to go with my instincts to start (and the TFA list of flavors and % suggestions) starting with small flavor percentages and upping it as taste demands. I am resigning myself to the probability that this is going to take more time than I want. So what else is new.
