HI Friends! I'm exhausted & having a hard time keeping up with you all, it's that busy time of year getting the kids ready for the school year, fall sports & now Marching band for the oldest along w the 9 month old wild child who is now walking & getting into everything! I almost had a cigarette yesterday but my will power kicked in & I knew I had made it a week and I didn't cave into to the temporary urge, instead I grabbed my WTA and a cup of coffe and I was fine. Even being in the car for 7 hours yesterday I vaped the whole trip, I am actually quite proud of myself & I know I can do this now! I gotta say that having this thread and all of you has been the biggest help in getting me to this point & I am so gratefull to all of you for your support! I love you all!

Now that the mushy stuff is done, let me say I finally read through all the wknds posts and I gotta say thank you all for the laughs, you guys are a trip! You all nighters crack me up!

You should be proud of yourself. That was one long trip. And sounds like you did fine. Now you know you are good to go. We are proud of you too. Long car trips can be real hard, especially if you were used to smoking during them. There is so little you can do to change up the monotony in the car. Great job and well done.

Shari has the same problem with her banner. It has to do with putting the time in Greenwich Mean Time. That's in England, so you would only be right if you live there. lol

You can change it using the drop down box for your time.

I know what is wrong. It is the Greenwich Mean Time and math. I have the same problem as you, mine is off by some hours too. It drove me nuts for a while. Now it gets me when it adds a day in the middle of a day and I don't know if I should have an anniversary on one day or the next one. Hard to plan around. After a while you get used to it.

I use RYO I was smoking 3-4 PAD started vaping got down to 1 PAD this week
I am down to 12-15 a day now

I rolled my own cigarettes for 5 years and smoked 3+ packs a day.

I haven't had a cigarette in 48 days now.
