it wasn't shut off...So how would this be user error? Other than maybe a bad battery. Even if there was a spare battery, it looks like it was the battery/iers inside the mod that vented.
I've actually seen that once... the guy admitted he lost the battery cover for his mod and pocketed it when it wasn't shut off...I love the fact that he already (or at all!) has a lawyer.
"I'm a dummy that set myself on fire due to my own stupidity, but I should get a lawyer and see if I can maybe sue someone and make some money from being a bonehead".
Sheesh.
I really wish the next person that this happens to mans up and says "yup.... 100% my fault. I am a dummy and had change and batteries together in my pocket". JUST ONCE I want to hear someone admit to user error!!!!
User error at the very least would be leaving the mod in his pocket and the button getting fired. So how would this be user error? Other than maybe a bad battery. Even if there was a spare battery, it looks like it was the battery/iers inside the mod that vented.
Can't say for sure what caused the incident. So how would this be user error? Other than maybe a bad battery. Even if there was a spare battery, it looks like it was the battery/iers inside the mod that vented.
