Sorry to hear this, I feel your pain! I often hear the quote, "Copying is the sincerest form of flattery", to which my response is "Flattery doesn't pay the bills!" LOL
You may want to consider patenting your design. I am no expert, but i did learn a few things in applying for my patents. There are many misconceptions floating on the web that you can't because flashlights use similar technology or that ecigs are "simple" or that china owns all the patents on ecigs. Or that once you release an item to the public, you can't patent it.
"Simple" products can be patented. Ecigs also present a new scope of invention and thus many designs are patentable. Ecgis are not flashlights. Yours is quite unique. Even unique shapes can be patented.
Theres also a misconception that patents are useless as these companies are in China, however, that isn't necessarily true. You can go back against companies who import and sell your pirated designs, also, you can seek injunctions against the importation into the US of pirated designs. Patent applications are relatively affordable too. Shoot me a PM if you want.
