Hoping I can get some help, I just received my G Class in the mail today along with a Aromamizer Plus & it wont sit flush on the device it has about a 2-3mm gap between the tank & the mod, I've checked everything over & can't work out what the issue is, I also tried the tank on my therion & alien - same thing? Has anyone else had this issue?

It's firing & working fine - I'm loving the setup but that gap is playing with my ocd bad,
Maybe it's the threading, mine sits flush.

So, the tank sits high on any mod? If so, contact either your retailer or Steam Crave. Steam crave is very responsive.
I've sent the retailer an email & pics of it as well, Waiting to hear back,

SXmini G Class V5.500 Upgrade features:
1. Added Bypass mode , long push down the joystick for 5 seconds switch to Bypass mode, and long push down the joystick again for 5 seconds switch back to power mode....
2. Support low resistance down to 0.05ohm.
3. Added screen dimming feature, the display will blackout when setting the brightness to 0.
4. Enable users to turn off the SXmini backlight when the brightness setting lower than 3.
5. When the Bluetooth is on without connecting to the device, the standby time will synchronize with the standby setting time instead of 2 minutes.
6. Fasten the Display bright up speed, no delay when pressing the fire button.
7. Fasten the firing time and firing response speed.
8. Shorten the standby time to 10 seconds.
9. Fixed the display bugs on Configuration 4 and Configuration 5.
10. Fixed some bugs on the previous firmware and improve the product reliability.

Awesome, they're bolstering the firmware! I had previously reported 3,4,5, and 8 to them. Was hoping for font colors and still want SXi-Q right on the device!

Blah, how is one suppose to upgrade the firmware? I've tried via bluetooth. That errors out. I've got the SXi-Q-V2.8.2.3 software. Downloaded the rar file. Click on 'open file' browsed to it, but now it's saying. 'The file unsupported, But support SXmini G Class.
Oh that's just great....hmmmm, now ive got just a light screen. Nothing else on it. Tried taking the batteries out, and still nothing. Just a dull light screen.
BT flash isn't supported yet. Sounds like you didn't unrar the .rar firmware file. Do that first then load it in SXi-Q.
