So Cal
Haha, thought this would be a fun thread. I am thinking about pushing a nice little order from FT, and will probably drop ~100$. I am in the market for mechanical mods and pretty much atty's right now. I have plenty of batteries, buy my juice from other vendors and and up to date on all my accessories.

Right now I have:

iTaste SVD
SmokTech Magneto
Igo-W
Kanger ProTank
eGo-CTwist 600mah
Vivi Nova
Kanger ProTank mini
Nitecore i2 battery charger
2, AW IMR 18490's
2, AW IMR 18650's

Then all my wire/wick/torch/multimeter etc etc...

I was eying the Chi You clone, but heard the stuff is misspelled over at FT? That's a bit too "cloney" for me lol. I definitely want some more atty's, so I can practice builds without buying atty-less lol.. I have never bought from FT so I'd love to hear some feedback from guys that have, and had success.

My wife is 8 month pregnant. I haven't has to sleep on the couch this pregnancy. 1 work around for funds, I use PayPal buy it later, and pay it off a little week by week. Works great. Fasttech takes a plenty PayPal Lolol.

interesting question. I have never messed with a Genny style atty, but have been intrigued. I definitely do not want regular ol' carto's or protank style tanks. I want stuff I can build/tinker with.

From my understanding, all genny style atty's have to sit upright otherwise they leak? Is this true? If so, big downfall for me, and probably a deal breaker.

Sounds like your taste is the same as mine, I wont get genny style cause they leak.

Drippers are good for home the trident from fasttech is good, for rba idk from FT atm I am still looking through them on FT for a good 1, if you don't mind plastic or atty's that use no resistance wire and resistance wire I can recommend a few but I wont use them cause of the plastic or extra work with the wire. .

Tbh I would avoid mechs unless you know exactly what your doing, have a multimeter, know your batteries and have been building coils for a while.

Yea, I thought I said all that in my OP, dont 'member. I have a multimeter, mutliple gauges/sizes of wire, wick, a torch, the whole nine. I don't think I will ever buy another vv/vw mod. I have been consistently building .5OHM builds with absolutely no issues. With the right batteries, knowledge, and responsibility (checking the ohms every so often etc), sub ohm, or building your own stuff is honestly not NEARLY as dangerous as people make it sound.

So your good with putting non-resistance wire together with resistance wire? If so I will put you a list together!

What do you mean put them together??

For some atty's the wire has to travel a long way to the firing pin so it needs non-resistance wire to not create extra resistance in the wire plus to not burn the ceramic so you need nores-res-nores wire you can weld them together or crimp them or tie them or twist them together, you get the idea.
