No need to reply BUT hey thanks for the informative posts I have read here. Good luck and hope things turn around soon.
PS: I live out in the boonies and use a USB stick cellular modem. Pay as you go. Certainly not blazing speeds but glad to have it. The modums are pretty cheap these days. In fact, I bet many of us would chip in to buy you one if you need.
In fact, if you have WIFI in your computer I have a Novatel MIFI unit n great shape I will give to you free. Do a search on it and if interested let me know.
There aren't enough like buttons in the world to convey how touched I am by your offer of generosity!Wow, terribly depressing news, you will be greatly missed!
How far are you willing to move? Omaha, Nebraska too far?
Here's a completely bat#$%& crazy idea:
You could contact Clark from Nicoticket and see if he has any job openings (or future). I've got an empty 1bd rental house you can stay in for FREE indefinitely. Once some money starts flowing you can find yourself a better place to live (house is in the hood, but acceptably safe). Also NE has a ridiculously low unemployment rate.
Dead serious about the offer too.
Either way, best of luck in everything!
No, please stop with this talk. This is simply not allowed. If this talk continues I will respectfully ask that the thread be closed.
This was not the intention of this thread. The forum is far greater than just one single member. There are many veterans here fully capable of stepping in to do what I did.
I concur. Similar ideas were discussed during the Baditude appreciation thread I linked to earlier, and the thread got closed by a moderator because this is prohibited via ECF rules. Rules are in place for a good reason. There are a lot of people in unfortunate circumstance like myself, and its not fair for one person such as myself to take advantage of their popularity at the expense of others.
So PLEASE lets all stop any talk about helping me out. I appreciate everyone's desire to give a helping hand, but this is not the kind of help that this forum is designed for. Baditude is a tough cookie and he will get back up off the ground after he takes a much needed breather.
