Cool they are AW and I removed the ribbon and wrapped a 32 4 wrap got a solid 2.0 ohm (read 1.7 "if" the MM reading is off) reading...

My immediate thoughts are a bit cooler of a vape but flavor is strong and now the wife is happy I won't explode lol, so I guess I'll try it for a while and see what happens

BJ, there are other ways than lowering the ohms to get a vape that might be more pleasing to you.

If you want a harder hit, use a higher nic ejuice.

Or try vaping with the airhole off center of the wick. vaping with the airhole directly opposite of the wick will knock you off your chair so somewhere between the two extremes, you should be able to find something you like.......

A higher PG ejuice with give more throat hit and more flavor.

A higher VG juice with give more vapor, less throat hit and muted flavor.

Lots of options to explore without getting into the danger zone.......

I'm always lurking. I keep this page open pretty much all the time when at work. I'm all settled and comfy in my new place with Carolyn. Big weekend coming up, my parents are in town and will be meeting her parents.

Oh yeah I'm aware... Since its the side winder I may even wrap 3+ ohm coil and kick it... I think it performs quite well still even with a higher res coil

Good "whatever-time-of-day" (evening here in the Eastern area) it is for you!!! I received my ENS order today (Zenjector, red o-rings, pre rolled wick and Cobalt blue tank) And discovered that i oopsed and ordered the wrong size cobalt tank!!!! I have opened up a ticket with ENS but will they let me exchange it for the smaller one? This is my first order from them (i have heard really good things about them) and this was kinda my error......

And in other news, my first 24hrs with my ZAP has proved AWESOME!! no gurgling (like clearos) dry hits (like atties or cartos that are low on liquid) Steady, constant tasty lung fulls of vapor!!! I am VERY pleased!!

I am running the ZAP (Z atty pro) on my provari set at 4.2v. i have 400x400 SS mesh wick, unoxidized, 5 wrap 32 gauge kanthal at 2.1ohms. A ZAU is probably gonna be my next purchase to put on my other mods.

No worries! As long as you take the time (and patience) to set it up properly it will treat you well!! (actually i think yours will come set up if you got it from a vendor mine was from the classifieds here and i had to set it up) You may need to make a couple adjustments because bouncing in shipping can wiggle the setup a little out of wack. Look at the vid here for setup help... this is the man who designed the Z-atty...ZEN~ himself. Same steps apply to the Zattys as the Zenesis.

Progress! Try to push the pin all the way thru, also make sure there are no kinks from the coil on the wick, if so you may have to take out the wick and roll it between your fingers and recoil.

You guys make think this is silly but I am ever so proud of myself..... here goes......

So either out of boredom or the fact that my wick was SO short on my vivi (and mind you if it were not for my ZAP I never EVER would have even attempted this trick) I decided to try to make a mesh wick and re coil it. I am fairly inept when it comes to doing these things but I did it! I know either i have way too much time on my hands not having to work today or I am an idiot but hey in my world progress is progress, even if it is slightly off topic LOL
