I was almost out of juice so I made up 30ml of blueberry, 30ml of peach and 90ml of no flavor so I can experiment a little. I moved my percentage of flavor up from 12% to 15% to see if I like it better. Everything is at 12mg Nic and pretty close to 50/50 pg/vg.

Hey kids, was lucky enough to pick up a ZAG. I am under the impression that it has a solid center post, and does not suffer the same voltage drop as my ZAU, is this correct? Don't get me wrong, the ZAU is fantastic, but I am unable to use it sub 1 ohm for obvious reasons. I was hoping to make the ZAG a 1 ohm beast with the insulator out.

Why do you want to pull the delrin out? Just unscrew the top post (carefully to avoid scratching), clean the spring / pin, and run some everclear or whatnot through it, and re-assemble. You don't need / want to intentionally remove the delrin insulator.
