btw for the thread leaking on the SW thing, adding the slightly bigger o ring for the top o ring really does work. Its big enough to stick out at the top a bit, and it seems to be enough to seal against the top cap. the ones I used were the size in between the tank o rings and the top cap o ring for the regular zens/zattys. They actually worked so good that I replaced all the SW's o rings with these and now i can spin the tank around to line up the air hole w/out it leaking at all.

if you cant find this size of o ring, the chap stick thing on the thread really does work as well, I did that first before I was able to get home and try the new o ring.

wow thats a lot of o rings, i dont think i ever said o rings that many times in my life

welp i hope those two .... and leave me alone to be quite honest. Now Ninja.. I HAVE seen your positive post issue and have successfully fixed it 3 times in the last few days.. let me explain what i did in detail. If it helps you and lets you enjoy your new zen great if not go ahead and ship it back and i will do it myself.

Remove top cap.
remove wick and wire
remove the top + screw
remove the top + sleeve thats screwed on..
now here is what i did because we had a couple cobalts not firing well..
you take that exposed threaded post and grind a smidge of it off being careful not to mess up your threads (this process probably took me 30 seconds tops)

re assemble.. and hooray your screw will now properly clamp the wire in there.
pretty simple fix, and if its just your top cap thats messed up and you end up just doing what i said to get it running. Let me know and i can just get a top cap sent to you and all will be well.

As for those other two people. lol i thought it was funny the one changed his name.. I deal with people like that on a daily basis but its not awesome when they come and push their ideas on people whom were trying to help. One of them demanded that i tell all of you to stop insulting him. Now i see why it happened.

one of them said he wanted to just sell his mod and not be like the rest of us.. go ahead contact me. send it back and i will gladly give you a refund. and pass it to another vaper who will appreciate it much more.

I dont want to sound out of line or anything but good he** we are all adults here.. some of us know how to act like adults and obviously some of us do not.

Some people should also understand i do not HAVE to sell to them. I can refuse service or even ban them from purchasing from my site..
*just sayin..

Holy shiznit... that was something to read. V Ninja has issue with product, is advised to contact vendor and let vendor contact Mike if needed. SensitiveSally goes on a rant and his JaJa buddy jumps in. Lovely. Is this the right thread? I'm not by any means the longest standing Zenesis owner, nor have I known Mike or Jason as long as a lot of people...... but every single person involved from Mike to Jason, to ever single member here wants nothing more than for everyone to be able to be a part of the near vaping nirvana that's possible with the device. If you ask a question in a respectful and open manner, you'll get respect in return. If you're gonna be a .............. well.... who would respond to that nicely.

V Ninja asked the question, he got the answer, he's being taken care of. Sucks that he has to send it back and wait, but he is being taken care of. Stuff happens. He gets that, and he's not being a whining little jerk because of it.

When someone gives an answer, it's not because they're "up Mike's ...." it's because they've been around and know how it is intended to work. There's a reason there are vendors now rather than Mike selling directly. The man barely has time to breathe. If you tried to contact him, you're going to be behind God only knows how many other emails and messages. If you contact the vendor, they'll get it and handle it, or get in touch with Mike and let you know the answer. Stevo wasn't being RUDE in any way shape or form.

OK... off to watch Elixir... Kenny's gonna attempt a DID, which in his case might be a DON'T.

ya, the positive spacer post on mine may be causing it to not be all the way there yet. it was .... eyed. I think it's less, but it couldn't hurt to try it
tybin are you having the same issue? I could possibly take a picture to show you if you are having a + screw issue.

My stars & much ado about nothing!

First, Jason, I am SO sorry you had to spend so much time on that teapot tempest. Honestly, we ZenFidels do NOT stir up trouble wherever we go. Guffaws, smirks, outright contempt, maybe, but not trouble!

vic, I swear I now have that recipe memorized! And my personal RAM is nothing short of creaky. But I know that pie!

rat, hopefully it's all i-dotting & t-crossing & we will see you soon, our dear pink friend.

Finally, to anyone new-ish on the thread, ZenFidels are the nicest, kindest, most helpful people on the planet. I'm not saying we're not frequently vulgar, childish, & easily distra....

Anyway, if you be just a wee bit quiet & shy when you first meet us, you will soon come to love us as much as we're going to love you. If you let us....
