Nice brush job slice...
Ok so just finished working on my Ti... I did not touch the tank or wick/coil just a really thorough cleaning with iso alcohol, sanded switch screw and washer a Lil and it is hitting harder than I ever remember...

I'm a Lil concerned, hoping for a Lil Andy input:
When I tried to tighten the screw in the tube, it turned the whole atty section about 2 hours (if original wick position was 6oclk, it spun to about 4) and then stopped. This makes me think i didn't actually tighten the screw cause the "nut" spun just as much...too early to tell if it is still leaking

At this point all you can do is leave it alone or send it back to zen. I'd be afraid to loosen and re tighten it without replacing the plastic nut. You don't want a dead short.

Good Morning everyone. :)

kiba, thanks so much for getting my Cobolt finished so quickly, it looks great! Now I will just have to save up a little and get it re-anodized. It won't be original, but at least it won't have any "ooops" spots now. ;) I got an amazing deal on that Cobolt from a very dear friend, so it was definetly worth it!!

If your feeling brave you can loosen that screw (a little bit), make sure to unscrew the positive top post female coupling ( the small piece that the positive ground screw for the kanthal 32 wire screws into) as it came loose already, it should be fine, you are then able to turn the atty to line up the wick, Bumpi, you must when you tighten the screw hold the atty well. Mine came loose as well, i had to put the atty in a bench vise w/copper plates so i did not scratch the atty, then tighten.

Does "brave" translate "at the risk of making a pipe bomb"?
