Trust me these posts are my second to last resort to get a response from him. I know I'm not the only one waiting. He needs to spend less time on his new projects and close this BAM project out . This is a bad joke and I'm sick of excuses.

Geez I could've picked yours up and delivered it to you {since I live in MA. too } had you been one of the people who regularly post in this thread and asked for anyone going to VC to do that for you..... I guess you just come in to complain?
No offense meant of course.
I'm curious why no other modders and there are quite a few who have not delivered on time
or any where near their delivery dates nor have they produced such high quality products as Zen.

Oh and Brian, you arent the first one to have a red sidewinder aboynamedstacey got one because he was upset about his black sidewinder leaking and making a short or something.. So Zen sent him a Red one. Funny thing about that stacey guy though.. He never sent either me nor mike.. the black sidewinder back.. like he was supposed to.. karma will come around i guess..

Classic. I was under the impression that I was to send the black SW back to mike, not you. At least that's how our phone conversation went, of which you weren't a part of. It's funny how you mention a few times about calling the HoH number to resolve an issue. I've sent a few emails and placed phone calls to HoH that have gone un responded to. The black SW is still sitting here just waiting to be sent back.

Now you to go to this thread and speak badly of me because you haven't received it in the mail? Really? You couldn't send me a PM? Oh wait, you just did tonight, right after making that stupid karma comment. Very professional dude, especially after I have been so polite to you and even continued to spend hundreds of dollars on your site. Thanks for that.

So, now I guess ill respond to your rude PM so we can continue this conversation and get this resolved once and for all... And definitely not for the lack of my trying I might add.

Really though after the tank update and me stripping the atty and switch threads, no leaks and zero volts drop inside the pv. it goes everywhere i go, which is nowhere for a while i cant say enough good things about this device now that its fixed.

Actually Jason said that you didn't send it back to him OR MIKE. And if you were resourceful enough to get a phone number and talk to mike, an address would be no issue. Also I do believe its common practice to ship back any item to the same address that you received the replacement from. Just guessing but I would imagine Mike asked Jason to see if he could get back the sw since he still had not received it. Question though why haven't you sent it back?

Oh, and I haven't gotten the new tank yet. Not complaining, just wondering when to expect that. I do remember being told that the people who got the update kit from Mike would automatically get the new tank.


A guy who is relatively local (1 hour away) is opening a vape shop. I went to meet him and see what he's gonna have. I think he'll do pretty well. He loved the SW
Anyway, he also has a tattoo shop in the same building.......so, I got an old tat redone. Traded a mod that I had bought 1/2 price....LOL. I love to barter
