I have sent Hue a couple of messages and am waiting for him to get back to me.

I will eat the crow so PG doesn't have to.
All he did was suggest we help someone replace missing items.
I did all I could to help, including dragging Hue in to accept the payments, because I had no way to.

In light of information that has been forthcoming to me....
Perhaps we should have looked further into it, rather than just jump the gun when someone was "in need."

Agreeing with jager, I will take it to PMs rather than here.

Afternoon all, its so sad that someone had there items stolen from the bash but im with k-man on this one
junebugg we all sent money too for his daughters operation then he was on the next day showing pics of him drinking beer and eating like a king with all our money.

I agree. Actually, her and I snuck off under one of tables, got all freaky deaky and then I woke up on Saturday with a juggy, pchela, and sidewinder in the old glory hole. I thought it was funny enough when I asked manal to put the basket on her head.

One thing i have learned, and i'm sure alot of you have as well ... is this is one hell of a giving and helping group .. I respect you all for your open hearts and minds.. Either way this has opened a door to human kindness.. I know a lot of you are good friends, but some of us are fairly new.. Hence my "buy her a car while we're at it" remark. That's the reason I brought it up in the thread rather than PM. People are always afraid to speak up publicly, and with good reason. I just figured if "I" spoke up and I was wrong, I could just plea temporary insanity after having spent another weekend with Ian

The Sidewinder purchased for this relief/replacement effort will be refunded, then everyone else will be refunded their entire donation. I'm not a rich person and can not afford to float the $260 that is missing from the sidewinder. PayPal takes about 3 days to process a refund, and once that has been completed I will issue all the refunds. I see no other way to go about this than to back out completely. I'm very sorry for the delay in issuing refunds, If I had it to spare I would refund everyone right now.
