Well here we are on a Friday night! Got myself settled in a bit for dinner, gonna relax a bit, go exercise, then deal with the lovely present my wife left at my desk. The weekly "Here are all my dirty Nova heads and batteries needing charging."

My Mom used to get them, and she would say her head hurt so bad she couldn't think straight.
I thought it was just a saying, until the first couple I got.
I thought I was dying. LOL I could think straight, but I couldn't get my mouth to form the sentences that were in my head.
I get those funky lights in my eyes too.
I'm better now. A little hung-overish, but better.

I still say a "clean" flavor, like grape juice. But not too tart or sweet.
I asked the hubby to try it.

It's that thing my doctor told me to do if I want to put off moving into full blown type 2 Diabetes
Kinda hated it at first, now I am pretty good with the whole idea of healthier eating and exercise. Aside from weight loss and feeling good, my upper body muscles are... well they are starting to look like muscle again!
Few more months and a little more definition and I am going to work on a hot Latin accent. "Come ladies, take in the beauty of Larziso".
