Hey Yolanda, i see u down there......did they decide on the deeming ruling yet? U did say April right?

Sorry for the delay in answering Bumpi - I had already stepped away from the computer when you posted. Anyway, the FDA did say they intended to release the proposed deeming regulation in April, but that announcement was quite a while back. There's even been a change in the head of their Center for tobacco Products since that announcement (Deyton is out, and Zeller is in), and the thought is that the new guy is taking some more time to decide exactly how and where to go with this. Bill G. did predict not long ago that they would miss their April mark, and that it could still be some time before they release anything.

The longer they take the better!

let me see if any of my fellow zenfidels can help me out with a situation. Im gonna need a good "mobile" setup this summer and I dont think a genny will cut it. I am slightly impartial to vivi novas but the one I got from ENS recently after one tank is leaking. not from the 510 connection but from the base where the bottom meets the tank. Anyone here use vivis at all that can chime in?

You know, I have leaking issues with the larger size ViVis. The first tank seems to go well, then every one I've tried leaks. I don't seem to have the issues with the minis though. I don't know why. I had a cracked tank on one, the other just leaked. I ended up tossing them.

Miller, the only time I've had one leak is when I left it in the car and I assume it was from the heat. Well, that and overfilling, but maybe I haven't had enough exposure to them. A friend of mine just got some of the kanger protanks and they seem solidly built but has only had them a short while. Maybe someone that has experience with the kanger and I think the iclear 30 is similar, will chime in.

I hope you find something that works for you miller.
Anything I've ever had remotely "vivi" leaked.

I hear lots of people swear by that type of atty and tell me I'm silly or it was user error.
Now, it may have been, but turned me off them ages ago.

The top coil type never made sense to me.... to draw juice up to the heating element, and I was plagued with dry hits and leaks.
And the bottom coil type always seemed to flood and leak.

Have they improved?

I never used them till a few months ago so I'm not if they've improved or not. They test better than a carto to me and that's the only other "to go" option I've explored.

For no leaks, I currently use my Ody, but its too wide for the Sidewinder which is really want to use as my on the go device, so....

I have a Killer rebuildable atty en route (somewhere over the ocean right now most likely) to give a go. Been hearing great things about them, and you can use it as a dripper, or in a carto-tank. I'll post up once I get it and have a chance to give it a go. I've heard they're great in trap tanks, but they should work in pretty much any cart tank, like the J-Tanks ENS sells, etc..

Also have an Ithaka en route thanks to a good friend, but, like the Ody, that'll be too wide for the SW.

You have a point there. They tasted better to me as well.

Yeah I'll be using it on my pipes and SW probably. I had a Penelope but didn't really like it that much. Plus I probably wouldn't wanna be out of my house with an imeo device! Thems things expensive!
