Thanks Scotty! Your plugs work great. After experimenting with different staw lengths and plug sizes, I found the perfect fit. I'd recommend getting the pack with different size plugs - I started out with the H-cut, but the ones with the larger hole seem to work best. Anyway, so far this beats everything else I've tried. Anything to help kick analogs for good is well worth it for me. Thanks for making these - and the fast shipping!

I agree that it is wise to order a different variety of plugs I have found H-cuts and large hole plugs works very well depending on how you like to vape or your difference in atty/ carts but I like to make my own shapes sometimes as I have over 100 carts of all different sizes and models, but my personal favorite is the 510 mega cart:D which works well with both shapes, but right now I am developing a top secret shape that should work with all my different attys and carts:D :)I may post a thread on in the future...

wow this works great, I got it right on my second try and couldn't believe how well it really works. I fell off the wagon for a while because I couldnt find a good filler, but this is just awesome. I am waiting on my 1st screwdriver to get in the mail and cant wait to try it out on that with my 510 atty. I get more vapor and better TH then ever before, this is what i have been looking for, thank you! I cant wait to try out some of the other materials to see how well they work!

You're the one who urged me to choose 510 over 801 when I ordered my Chuck and I remain thankful. I have adapters to use either so I drip 801s and ZFM the 510s (at 6 volts with a High Voltage Atomizer) and frankly prefer the latter.

Thanks again, Scottyballs!

Michael

I will have somthing soon for them 801's;)

So is this comparable to direct dripping? Is that the word? I cant stand carts for the life of me but dripping is an issue when on the run.

I would say yes or as close as your going to get..

Oh yeah just wanted to update my experience with the 801 atty... I really like that one too after a break in the thing hits really good.. well on my passthrew anyway.. only thing I dont like is the cart is freaking huge! damn thing must hold half a gallon of juice and you better plan on vaping that flavor for a good while if you fill one up..

Plug for 801 is going well but needs to sit about 3mm below the rim of the cart cause the bridge is so tall... will update in a few days..

I have been reading this thread enough to make my eyes bleed. Excellent ideas here.

I am not sure if this has been discussed yet, but I had an idea on how to make the cutting out of the cap easier.

On the 510 we are looking for a cap that is round on each end and flat on two sides... right? So REALLY all you have to do is punch out the right sized CIRCLE of silicone and then cut two sides flat and VOILA'.

The hole looks to be around 9/32". I just happened to have a Cross-style pen that had a thin metal cap that was about the same size. I pushed it through the cap and made a little circle really easy. Then I trimmed off the sides and used the end of the same pen to punch a small hole.

Sure was a lot easier than trying to cut that damn little shape...

Scotty,

Out of the plugs you have in you link for the 510 which works better, small hole, big hole, or the H cut? I just got the variety pack but as they always say curiosity killed the cat.

Most like the H plug as do i, but there are allot using the large hole a few using the small... I would start with the H and go from there;)
