ZFM Zero Filler Mod

I have an 801 and was wondering if i could just squirt some silicon into the cart?
Then make a hole in the middle. Is there a specific type of silicon to use?

I had problems getting good taste and vapor so I tried this mod last night.
Amazing! Very constant troath hit, vapor and taste. No more burn taste!
Since it was such a pain in the a** to do the small hole in the plug, I ordered some from your website. Awsome mod! vaping feels even better now! Can't wait to received my new plugs.

Very cool! Gotta love a responsive vendor. Yeah my order is taking forever. Not that you took too long to ship....cause my order shipped the same day. Just the 1st class mail is soooooo slow especially when your waiting for a new toy!

It got here today!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome product. I'm lazy/lame and though imo dripping is better than carts (all mod carts) not the case with the ZFM!!
Driving its great even at home with all my supplies in front of me I dont have to drip to get the same experience and without all the hassle.....just vape. Genius device worth the money....and the fact I dont have to make them myself (did I mention I was lazy/lame).....triple awesome. Your the BEST...thanks SCOTTY!!

Well good for you...I know better and did'nt try. I just placed another order tonight for the pack of H plugs....just in case.

I've tried the mod myself and I think it's great. I followed the instructions very carefully and after a few tries I got the plug cut correctly. I used the round opening technique. I put the straw in, then the juice, and popped my plug on. It worked perfectly...for a while.

The problem is I'm only able to vape about half the juice in the cart. For some reason the rest of the juice isn't getting to the atomizer.

Is this a common problem? If I buy the premade kit will it solve my issue?

The ones I make are more flexible and thinner and less prone to do that then the cart caps..

I also think that your issue may be more due to the angle your vaping at. Obvisouly using this style of cart mod, you'll need to remember to tilt your cig on a "cart up" angle so the juice in the cart will actually touch the atty bridge to wick properly.

It took me a little while to ensure I was doing this, but once it became routine the issue disappeared.

Like, tilting the battery down with the cart up? I've been doing that. I figured it'd help the juice get down to the atomizer. I even made the hole bigger and cut two slits on each side of the hole to try to get more juice flowing.

It just seems like maybe the fit is still too tight and the liquid is staying put no matter what angle. Kind of like a vacuum effect.

I think I'm going to try that "V" cut someone mentioned a while back.

That would have to do more with the atty then the cart.. a hot atty is going to burn up more juice and faster then a cold atty..

Yes I can but Im a profesonal

I dont even pay attention to the angle just vape like normal...unless you like to look at the clouds and vape there should not be a problem

Turns out I naturally hold the thing at a cartridge-up angle anyway, so that's not even a small issue.

I really think this is an awesome cartridge mod. It's nice not having to top off or drip all the time. No more messes! They last for hours, until the cartridge is bone-dry. Trust me, I've looked in there with my flashlight (lol). I get a good hit and vapor every time. I can't wait for my order to get here!

I'm just surprised that something so great came from someone named Scottyballs. Wth?
