NEW 2025 Wonder Flavors Flavors Reviewed by SessionDrummer

qEdEO9Z.jpeg

I was lucky enough to have Frank from Wonder Flavors ship these out earlier this year for Beta testing. Not all of them made the cut, but the great ones did !!!!! Most of these notes are abbreviated down from my typical "public" notes, but a lot of these were TOO good to NOT share them with you.

BCF is currently OOS, but still have the sample pack listed:

**Banana Cream (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-24-25)** -- Wow, NO break in time for this one. 50/50 natural banana puree, candied, but no Runtz. Very nice cream component, but banana could be stronger, got somewhat washed out under the creams. Great creamery/creamyness, maybe 15% increase in the banana. Banana ratio could stay as is, as it is a Banana Cream, not Bananas AND Cream. Sweetness good, below mild-level, and strength was perfect at 3.5%. No off-notes, or complaints. **8.5/10**.

**Blueberry Cream (Candied) (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-25-25)** -- This one was very similar to the Banana Cream, except for the Blueberry. No break in period, very good cream/creamery elements, and blueberry was a mix of natural and artificial. Candied, slightly jammed note more prevalent. BB did hold it's ground slightly better, but could use an increase to bring it more to the front. BUT, this is billed as a BB Cream, not BB's AND Cream, so perhaps by design. A little more punchy than the Banana Cream, Sweetness good below mid-level, and no off-notes. **9.0/10**.

**Chocolate Mint (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-13-25)** – The chocolate in this one was very good, with an almost malted after note to it. The mint was present, and not washed over by the chocolate, good overall pairing between the two, but there was a slight off note, assuming it was in the mint profile. Very faint, almost mildew-y, but hard to classify. 3.5% good strength, sweetness just below mid-level. The chocolate, and relative pairings were the strength with this one. **7.5/10**.

**Cinnamon (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-13-25)** – I got three distinct profiles from this one. Baking cinnamon, red hot cinnamon, and an earthy undertone. Upon first testing, it presented as fairly harsh, but it settled down a bit after that. Seemed rather without focus, as it seemed to straddle both a baking cinnamon and a red hot. Perhaps one or the either would be better. 3.5% strength good, with some harshness, and the earthy undertone. **5.5/10**.

**Devon Cream (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-17-25)** – This one was a home run from the start. Smelled VERY good in the bottle, and tasted the same when testing. Very good mouthfeel, and thick, creamy taste. Could not detect any Butyric Acid, and only a very slight “off-note”, of a very light coconut, but it came and went throughout testing. Thick, rich, creamy, accurate, with almost no off-notes, tastes like a winner, no need to tweak. **9.5/10**.

**Green Apple (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-29-25)** – Out of the gate, this one was a little harsh, but once it settled in, that decreased somewhat. Fairly accurate, sour, tart, with flesh, and skin. Good strength at 3.5%, sweetness below mid-level, and good. Smelled lightly of vinegar, and had a slight taste of that when testing. Very subtle, but present. Good, solid green apple, with a few rough edges. **7.5/10**.

**Lemon Sorbet (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-20-25)** -- Thus far this is my favorite of this series. Like the previous, there was no break in time, and was full and flavorful from the start. Stunning flavor profile which seemed to straddle a lemon cream, sorbet, and almost an icing. VERY unique and without equal on the market that I have tested. Perfectly strong at 3.5%, Dense creamy-ness not quite as present as in the banana or blueberry, but it didn't taste lacking. Very good, as is, and ready for sales IMO. No off-notes, or complaints. **10/10**.

**Maple Cream (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-26-25)** -- Like the 3 before it, ZERO break in time, and RIGHT to the tasty-ness. I never got an overwhelming sense of Maple Syrup, as it was very light in the overall profile, but much more of a golden syrup with light maple notes. Not buttery, but with the same creamy-ness as the 3 before it. Very tasty, but did feel like it needed more maple, to solidify it as a "Maple". 3.5% very good strength wise, and no off-notes. Sweetness tasted about 2 ticks above mid level, but not cloyingly so. Very tasty, great mouthfeel, but would need a little bit more maple to drive the "maple" home. **8.5/10**.

**Peach Cream (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (6-7-25)** -- This had a very nice, accurate Yellow Peach sub profile, very natural, not candied, jammed, or baked. Cream/creamery was supporting the peach, and tasted lower in the mix. Mouthfeel was somewhat reduced in comparison to some of the others. Very tasty, but lacked some of the "pizzazz" of some of the other flavors. No off-notes or complaints, and 3.5% was fairly strong. Good tasting, just not quite as stellar as some of the others. **8.0/10**.

**Peppermint (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-29-25)** – Tastes very close to mint profile in MM Mint previously tested. Pretty accurate PPMint, and had a nice hard candy finish to it, which closely mimicked a PP Candy (red and white stripped). 3.5% good strength, cooling effect present but not overwhelming. No off notes, slightly harsh, but normal for PPMints. Candied, accurate, tasty. **9.2/10**.

**Pumpkin Spice (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-30-25)** – This one will be an odd one for me, as it has some issues, but I think it can be fixed in the mix. The biggest off note was a fairly present earthy tone, persisted throughout, with an almost acrid dry finish. Spice(s) were fairly high and almost distracting at times, (nutmeg primarily, clove ?). Even with those deficits I think this could actually be covered up in mixes fairly easily, but that’s a guess. 3.5% pretty strong, with just below mid-level sweet was good. It’s odd that I would rate something high(er) even with some fairly present off-notes. Perhaps more for what it COULD be, than what it is. **9/10**.

**Raspberry Cream (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-31-25)** -- Loved this one out of the gate, as it was a great profile. RB was tart, sweet, and punchy. The cream/creamy-ness in this one however seemed to be relatively lower in comparison to all of the previously tested. Again, the flavor was actually very good, but not as much mouthfeel or creamy-ness. Clearly the RB was tempered by some cream. 3.5% very good, sweetness about mid-level, and no off-notes. Could still be easily sold as is, but if there was a "Cream Series", this one might stand out as not quite as creamy. Flavor wise, I'd rate it very high at a 9.5/10, but in comparison to the other creamier, more mouthfeel flavors in this series, I'd drop it down to **7/10**. Love the tart, red RB profile in this one.

**Strawberries and Cream (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-30-25)** – Probably my favorite thing about this flavor was how well the SB and C were proportioned. Very evenly done. Felt like the SB needed a little more top end and punch, sometimes (not always) resembled more of a SB Cream. Very good cream/creamery element(s), good mouthfeel. Good at 3.5%, sweetness just below mid-level, and good at that. Minor dryness on finish. Maybe boosting the SB, or top end would help with it more punch. **9.0/10**.

**Sweet Lychee Lemonade (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-2-25)** – Wow, right out of the gate, this one was a winner, no break in time required when testing. Lychee was present but not overbearing, paired perfectly with lemonade profile. Sweet, tart, with a nice punchy finish keeping it interesting. 3.5% strength great, a bit of mid-level sweet suited profile(s). No off-notes, very little harshness, and accurate. No complaints, ready for market. **9.5/10**.

**Vanilla Pompona (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-3-25)** – Having never tasted vanilla pompona in person, no direct comparisons. More of a “dirty” vanilla, and not really in a bad way. Mid and darker notes prevalent, with very few high end notes. Overall, presented as darker, almost like a darker vanilla paired somewhat with a light graham cracker and marshmallow. Mouthfeel very good, and was rich and full at 3.5%. Sweetness just below mid-level, and good for this flavor. No off-notes, and fairly rich, and smooth with no harshness. Might test with a light chocolate after testing, to see if it flushes out a pseudo S’mores. Tasty, rich, somewhat creamy, and dense, especially for a vanilla. **9.5/10**.

**Watermelon (Canadian) (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-11-25)** – Another good smelling flavor in the bottle, with melon, and watermelon notes. Testing revealed the same. Tasted like approx. 65% watermelon, and 35% melon. Interesting pairing. At times, I wish I had either more watermelon or melon, so it would be anchored better. Plenty strong at 3.5%, sweetness was good, no off-notes, and because it didn’t present as a pure watermelon, uses could vary depending. **7/10**.

Bench Test Results: EVE 33V (with CCC logo) - 10A 3200mAh 18650

These tests only note my personal ESTIMATED ratings for these batteries at the time I tested them. Any battery that is “rewrapped” (not in its original factory wrap) can change at any time! This is one of the hazards of using these batteries so carefully research any battery you are considering using before purchasing.

Misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries can pose a SERIOUS RISK of property damage, personal injury, or even death. Never use them outside of a fully protected battery pack and you use them at your own risk. Never exceed the battery’s true continuous discharge rating (CDR), never let it get colder than 0°C or hotter than 60°C to help lower the risks and extend cell life, and keep the plastic wrap and top insulating ring in perfect condition. Never use a battery that is physically damaged in any way.

Testing batteries at their limits is dangerous and should never be attempted by anyone who has not thoroughly studied the dangers involved, understands the risks, has the proper equipment, and takes all appropriate safety precautions.

If the battery has only one current rating number, or if it only says "max", then I have to assume the battery is rated at that current level for any type of discharge, including continuous.

Test Results
I tested this cell 3-1/2 years ago and it did well. These CCC-logo*** 33V’s did even a little bit better.
  • There was a small increase in run time and energy delivered (Wh). Not a lot but it’s great to see that cell performance has improved.
  • Like all 10A-rated high capacity cells its (relatively) high internal resistance keeps it from being efficient at its rating since there is a decent amount of voltage sag when being run that hard.
  • Performs a touch better than the Sinowatt 35HP, about the same as the Murata VTC6, and almost as good as the Molicel M35A.
  • The Vapcell N40/N41 (when I tested them) are still the best performing 18650’s at up to 10A but this cell should cost less.
  • In my testing the EVE 33V cell reached a max temperature of 61°C down to 2.8V at 10A. This would make the cell reach about 64°C down to 2.5V, which is above its 60°C limit. It’s close enough though that the 10A rating from EVE seems reasonable.
  • The two cells I just tested delivered 3080mAh and 3082mAh, extraordinary consistency. But I can’t have the lowest capacity cells in the batch and this is below the 3100mAh minimum rating. I’m rating them at 3000mAh.
  • BUT THE CAPACITY SPEC DOESN’T MATTER! Even with this lower capacity these cells ran for a little longer and at a slightly higher voltage than the 3200mAh 33V’s I tested earlier. EVE has improved the performance of this cell over time and that helps it hold its voltage up for longer.
  • There’s a chance that the cells I tested were a slightly lower grade so the capacity was a little low and the max temperature a little high in my testing. I’m not at all concerned because they still performed better than the 33V’s I tested earlier.
  • The DC internal resistance (IR) was 34.2mOhms and 34.3mOhms, also extraordinary consistency. The China cells have been getting better and better with this.
  • The standard charge rate is 1.55A and the max is 3.1A. For long cell life I recommend staying at/under 1.5A.
  • The 33V is usually available at a lower cost and that makes it a great cell to consider for use at up to 5A-7A or so (like most of the over-3000mAh 18650’s), especially for larger packs where cell cost is critical.
***China Compulsory Certification, additional testing now required for all cells made or sold in China after August 1, 2024. The logo and certain information must be put on all cells once they are certified. This typically won’t be done by a manufacturer until the cell is ready to go into full production.

Kiwi Cooler by Just Juice - Review by Ben28

Kiwi Cooler
IMG_0799.JPG
Kiwi Cooler by Just Juice is the e-liquid I'm bringing you today. It promises a flavor of kiwi, combined with cucumber and a touch of ice and lime, something like a slushie, and as we know, fruity flavors are Just Juice's trademark. Thanks to Vapeo24 for making this review possible; you can visit their page to learn more about this e-liquid.

According to the brand: The tart, vibrant kiwi intertwines with sparkling lime, while a subtle hint of cucumber appears in the background, providing a totally surprising vegetal freshness.

Remember that this e-liquid is sold as a flavor concentrate in 12mL and 24mL formats and must be mixed with a base according to the manufacturer's instructions and with nicotine to the consumer's taste.

Let's move on to the smell. The scent of this particular e-liquid reminds me of a typical fruity popsicle. I can slightly note the acidity of the lime and the potency of the kiwi; I can't perceive the cucumber through smell. It is an e-liquid with simple ingredients and is summarized in those aromas.

Now let's move on to vaping, this time without chemical aftertastes or anything like that. When vaping, I can't taste the kiwi flavor as such; instead, I notice a mix of the three ingredients. It tastes exactly like a fruity popsicle, but I can't perceive the ingredients separately; instead, I find them to be a homogeneous and balanced blend that fuses together.

In conclusion, it's a very easy-to-vape e-liquid for all-day use, although it is a bit sweet and might not be for everyone. But ultimately, it is a good fruity e-liquid.

Eleaf iStick X80 Kit by Infinium

FYzSe19.png

Following the Eleaf iStick XC100, it's the turn of its sister, the iStick X80 Kit: the only difference, besides weight and size, is the 3200 mAh integrated battery, unlike the dual 18650 and 21700 choice of the other. The setup remains the same, featuring the new Melo X with the new EC-D coils. The iStick X80 Kit was gifted by Eleaf; I neither received money nor have any professional relationship with them.

jHc2X8z.jpeg

The box features the same color scheme. Inside are the X80, the Melo X, EC-D coils in 0.3 and 0.5 ohm (one already installed), and the USB Type-C cable—which is much more important here as it allows charging of the integrated battery. Also included are a 5 ml bubble pyrex replacement tank, o-rings and refill gasket, the instruction manual, and warranty.

s5amqvj.jpeg

The Melo X, this time in a black color that covers almost the entire visible surface. It weighs 71 grams, is 43 mm high, and the materials are, of course, all steel. The base starts at 22.5 mm, with the knurled part of the base at 27 mm, reaching 32 mm in the pyrex glass area.

g5Ig1oM.jpeg

The drip tip connection is 510, so don't expect a direct-to-lung or cloud draw, although (spoiler) there are several coil choices usable on the Melo X that lean towards this field. The stock drip tip is for RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) with a height of 13 mm and a hole width of 7 mm. The refill top cap opens via a slide system held shut by a ball lock, making it safer during transport compared to tanks that rely only on friction with the gasket closing the refill hole. The Melo X comes with one installed, plus a spare in the parts.

The airflow ring is held in place by an o-ring and the 5 ml pyrex tank, which must be removed after unscrewing the base. On both sides, there are two holes almost suitable for MTL, and then the large slot to open for RDL vaping. A stopper is also present, which is useful for helping to unscrew the Melo X from its iStick.

LpnJtgX.jpeg

With the base unscrewed, you can better see the usual top airflow system—no leaks and something different from atomizers released in recent years. In fact, the EC-D coils are screwed onto the base and not press-fitted, which is now standard on pods and atomizers. I remind you here that an o-ring MUST be present where the glass rests on the base, ensuring both a watertight seal and preventing the pyrex tank from cracking.

z6lXE1i.jpeg

To know how much to screw the coil in and avoid jamming it, you can drop a tear of liquid onto the o-ring at the base to help thread it in and prevent damage to the o-ring itself. Once the o-ring is no longer visible when screwing the coil, the EC-D coil is perfectly installed.

New Melo X, new EC-D coils with a mesh section:

EC-D 0.15Ω (40-70W, Eleaf suggests: 50W)
EC-D 0.3Ω (30-45W, Eleaf suggests: 40W) (included in package)
EC-D 0.5Ω (15-25W, Eleaf suggests: 23W) (included in package)

peH7Kd1.png

In addition to the EC-D Coils, there is also backward compatibility with previous EC series:

EC-M 0.15Ω (30-75W)
EC-N 0.15Ω (30-70W)
EC-A 0.15Ω (40-70W)
EC-2 0.3Ω Coil (30-80W)
EC-A 0.3Ω (30-50W)
EC-A 0.5Ω (20-40W)
EC-2 0.5Ω Coil (30-100W)

sfiduCs.jpeg

The weight for the X80 is around 111 grams, keeping in mind the integrated 3200 mAh battery which makes it a truly light box mod. The dimensions are 78.5 x 39 x 28, featuring the same aluminum and the smooth-to-the-touch "Ice Flower" finish.

8bOHb8X.jpeg

The 15 mm wide steel plate has the same design as the XC100, with a slight raised step to prevent the atomizer from bottoming out and scratching the chassis. At the center is a spring-loaded gold-plated pin and a 510 thread that allows installing other atomizers besides its Melo X. It's possible to install atomizers up to 25 mm in diameter without them protruding.

5wAwYt2.jpeg

The base is completely different from the XC100, with the battery cap disappearing to make way for a rubberized base that adds further stability. Engraved on the rubber are the CE and disposal marks, plus 3 vent holes in case of battery malfunction. The "fourth" hole is a reset button for failed software upgrades.

ISp9Vas.jpeg

The front setup is unchanged, featuring the Press-Twist: a single button and knob that acts as the fire button when pressed, and allows menu navigation and wattage selection when rotated. The screen remains a 1.05-inch color TFT.

vzm2PNk.jpeg

The switch is also unchanged, allowing you to choose between all buttons locked, all buttons unlocked, and Press-Twist rotation locked with fire unlocked. This is helpful to avoid accidentally changing the wattage. Lastly, the USB Type-C port supports 2A charging.

hL3Rz9o.png

The themes and Smart Chip Inside 2.0 are confirmed, just like on the XC100. As you can guess from the name, the maximum output for the X80 is 80 watts, which increases by 1 watt at a time. Power Mode allows wattage output, while RTA (Mode) outputs in volts (maximum 9). The firing is virtually unchanged from the XC100; the few misfires I had, I don't even know if they were the box's fault or mine for not pressing the button properly. Battery charge detection is accurate; low battery enters at 2.8V, which is slightly later than some other box mods.

Options present in the menu:

Power - selectable wattage from 5 to 80, increases by 1 watt at a time
RTA - selectable voltage from 0.5 to 9.

The X80 is definitely more compact than the XC100 and not much larger than other box mods with a smaller integrated battery capacity than its 3200 mAh, with the possibility of mounting atomizers up to 25 mm. Eleaf, besides the Pico, has always hit the mark in the past with the iStick series workhorse box mods. As an on-the-go box mod (maybe in black), it effectively covers the workday, whether you vape MTL or light RDL (25-30 watts), for fans of integrated battery box mods. The Melo X can be the right middle ground for those looking for something different from the usual cloud atomizers, and who want something more versatile than a strictly MTL atomizer, given the wide choice of both new (EC-D) and old EC coils.

For more information, you can consult the dedicated page on the Eleaf website Eleaf iStick X80 & XC100 with MELO X | Smart Vape Mods for the iStick XC100 and iStick X8

Creamy Cookie by Bombo - Review by Ben28

Creamy Cookie
IMG_0797.JPG
Creamy Cookie, from the Bombo brand and the Bar Juice range. It promises a very creamy cookie. The ingredients aren't specified as such, but more or less by the name, we know the direction it's headed. Thanks to Vapeo24 for making this review possible; you can visit their page to learn more about this liquid.

According to the brand: This aroma perfectly captures the balance between the sweetness of baked dough and the creaminess that accompanies it.

Remember that this liquid is sold in a 12 and 24mL aroma format and must be mixed with a base according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Let's move to the olfactory test. I notice a classic cookie, no chocolate, pistachio, or anything like that—simple and pure classic cookie. I can tell right away that this liquid won't be dry at all; quite the opposite, and the name indicates it. In the olfactory aroma, I can't notice anything else, only classic cookie.

In flavor, things go the same way, although with a subtle chemical note that I don't like at all. This often happens in the Bar Juice range; the flavor itself is very good—it tastes like a cookie and leaves a creaminess in the mouth—but it has a chemical aftertaste that doesn't convince me at all.

In conclusion, if you are very sensitive to a chemical aroma, I would recommend that you not buy this liquid because you definitely won't like it. I apologize that this review is so short, but it's a simple liquid (which doesn't mean it's bad, although in this case, the chemical aftertaste leaves much to be desired), and no more information can be extracted from it.
