Today I will be taking a look at the Smoant Knight AIO Kit that was sent to me by Sourcemore in order to provide you with a fair and honest review. The Knight uses a single 18650 battery with a max output of 90 watts. It makes use of the ANT chip to provide eight different output modes and has a .49” screen. The included cartridge has a 5ml capacity and can be filled from the back or side. The cartridge is compatible with K series coils and the Knight can be used with most boro tanks.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:
The packaging for the Smoant Knight AIO is good but not great. I do like how there is a clear viewing window on the front so you can see the actual device inside. I’m sure that no one buys any device just because of the packaging. At the top of the box in smaller letters is the sentence “Small Ant Big Power”. I’m guessing that this is referring to the Ant chipset which is used on the Knight. In larger letters are the Knight AIO and Smoant names. The back of the box has a list of features, contents list, company information, and authenticity code.
Once opened, The Knight AIO is found in a white foam insert. Beside the Knight is a box with the charging cable, spare coil, spare drip tip, and user manual. I’m not really sure why there were two tips included since I didn’t notice much of a difference between the two besides one of them have a curved body. I like how the Knight has a sticker on the front listing the button functions so you really don’t need to read the manual to get started. Especially if you are already familiar with boro devices.
The button side has the phrase Designed by Smoant on the plastic battery cover. The fire button has a raised lip around it and the smallish display screen is located underneath where the sticker is that lists the button functions. That sticker is easily removed if you like. You can still make out the display with the sticker on. The back side has a removable tank cover with a clear window and the Knight AIO name on it. Closer to the bottom is the Smoant badge. Below the window, the body is clear so you can see the chipset and components on the board inside.
One side of the Knight has a removable panel that has one large and one small air inlet opening. The opposite side has the magnetic plastic battery cover with unnecessarily large letters spelling out the SMOANT name. For me it’s a little over reaching on the branding. In the third and fourth pictures below you can see that both panels are removable and the included boro tank can be filled from the side or back. Underneath the long side panel is a silver plate with some specifications and again more branding with the “Designed by Smoant” at the bottom.

TL;DR: advice for Falcon Legend leaking problem and/or recommendations for no-leak sub-ohm tanks (bottom airflow)
I've just bought a HorizonTech Falcon Legend tank and I've been having massive leaking when refilling with eliquid, what am I doing wrong?!
I'm ok with the occasional leaking, but as an all day chain vaper (bad, I know!), that means constant refills and spills - not just 'wet' or even 'a drop', I'm talking running down the entire mod leakage!
I've been with Tobeco Super Tank Mini with Tobeco 0.5 Ohm coils for years - great flavour, super sturdy, foolproof, leak proof (other than the common airplane and hot day MINIMAL leaking).
After many happy years, one of my tanks' 510 connection broke off
I have another and can still buy the original coils, but it seems the tanks went out of production as I can no longer find them anywhere - last I bought was in 2017 - that's to attest to their built quality and longevity!
Now, I can vouch the Falcon Legend is great (even better than Tobeco) for flavour, had no spit back or gurgling so far, no dry hits, but it's only been a couple of days. Still to find out if the M8 coils will last as long as advertised, the only drawback with the Super Tank Mini is that coils last me about a week give it or take (I can stretch them to about 10-12 days, but then the flavour is muted and I can get a bit of a burnt taste from time to time).
70/30 VG eliquid @ 50 Watts on Super Tank Mini / 65 Watts on Falcon Legend, I didn't notice a massive difference in battery longevity comparing the two, even at the higher wattage.
Mod is an Eleaf Pico Plus bought just to accommodate the bigger HorizonTech tank (25 mm vs 22 mm for Tobeco). I just love the Pico small footprint, have been a fan for a long time as well, super sturdy and no-fuss little mod they are!
Can anyone please help with some advice for the Falcon Legend, and/or perhaps recommend tanks (bottom airflow preferred) that don't suffer with this problem?
