Zovoo x Voopoo DRAGBAR Disposable Vapes: the F600!



What’s up, ECF?! I hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for Halloween!

Before that though, I wanted to share with you all my experience and feedback with Zovoo/Voopoo’s newest disposable on the market: the Dragbar F600! These were kindly provided to me for review by Zovoo/Voopoo (thanks Fiona!).

You might recall the Dragbar R6000 and F8000 from a few months back that Zovoo released. Well, simply put, the Dragbar F600 is of a similar design with some purposeful simplifications. We’ll go through them in this review!

Quick specs:

• Dimensions at 95 x 24 x 22 mm in a tubular shape but short and very pocketable.
• 500 mAh battery.
• Made from PC and PCTG.
• Having a 1.4 ohms mesh coil.
• 2 mL of e-liquid capacity.

Once again and similar to the previous Dragbars I mentioned in the intro, the Dragbar F600 is unmistakably a Voopoo product. It looks like a miniature Voopoo Drag X/S with the printed branding in front and the embossed “DRAG” in bold at the back- a throwback to the Drag X/S’s trademark design.



It’s small size and cylindrical form factor make for very good ergonomics, and as it weighs next to nothing, you’ll hardly feel it’s there once it’s in your pocket or purse. The mouthpiece is fixed but since it is rounded too, it’s very comfortable to use and has just the right height for MTL vaping.

Yes, I’d say the Dragbar F600 is more for MTL vaping. With no airflow control, the draw is that of an enjoyable medium MTL draw with just the right amount of restriction. The air travels from a very small hole (1mm diameter?) at the device’s base and travels to the coil, and eventually to the mouthpiece.



This design is perfect though as it allows for maximum flavour to be vaped! Coupled with Zovoo/Voopoo’s mesh coil design, truly this is one of the best-tasting line of disposables I have ever used! What’s also impressive is the warmth I get, considering that the device has a 1.4 ohms coil; it tells me that the warmth is coming from the device’s design rather than power from the battery, which is again a great thing as the device isn’t rechargeable.

The Dragbar F600 is a simple pull and puff device- there’s absolutely nothing to press or adjust. A quite literal unpack-and-vape kind of disposable which will be useful to new switchers. And the battery engages even with just a slight pull- instant satisfaction! An LED light at the bottom lights up when you take a puff to indicate operation.



It comes in a variety of flavours (20 right now per Zovoo’s website), and I was sent five of these: Grape, Sweet Strawberry, Strawberry Ice, Sour Apple, and Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava. All of them just taste absolutely brilliant, with no chemical taste at all, unlike some other disposables on the market. This is what has really impressed me with Zovoo’s disposables: quite possibly, they are the best in class when it comes to flavour! These fruit flavour taste fresh, a bit candied with the sweetness, and also refreshing with the touch of cooling added to them. The Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava, in particular, was a treat as it is very rare for me to come across a guava-flavoured vape that tastes so close to the real thing!

These disposables will come in a variety of nicotine salt strengths depending on your region- and yes, even in zero nic!

Final Thoughts:

I am very pleased with the Dragbar F600, and can happily recommend them to those switching from smoking or MTL vapers. Exquisite taste, no leaks, condensation or flooding- you can’t really go wrong with the Dragbar F600 if you’re looking for a disposable vape device.

Hello and welcome. After a long string of pod reviews I’m very happy to be here today to present a review on a mod kit. I was sent the new Hellvape Hell200 Kit by Hellvape in order to provide you with a fair and honest review. The Hell200 is an incredibly lightweight mod at 86g and uses dual 18650 batteries and obviously from the name has a maximum output of 200 watts. It offers seven different output modes and has a .96” color display screen. Coupled with the Hell200 mod is the TLC Tank and includes two mesh coils while the tank has a liquid capacity of 5ml with the straight glass pre-installed or 6.5ml with the included optional bubble glass. I have to admit that I am rather excited to see another mod kit from Hellvape after very much enjoying the Arez 120 mod from them.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

I very much like the shape of the body of the Hell200. It reminds me of the shape of the Riva mod I have and like very much. It is made through CNC machining of aerospace grade aluminum to give it a very solid build appearance as well as keeping it lightweight.

The packaging for the Hell200 is more like what I’m used to seeing compared to my last Hellvape sample. The black box front has the Hell200 name along with the Hellvape logo and a nice drawing/sketch of the mod and tank. The back side of the package has the company information, a list of the package contents, an authenticity code and a bar code with the color version.

The orange sides of the box have another sketch of the Hell200 and TLC tank on one side and the phrase “Evolve your vaping genius” in a font that gives the impression of being hand written.

Once opened, the Hell200 mod with TLC tank with straight glass can be seen. To the left is the included bubble glass that increases the liquid capacity to 6.5ml and the USB-C charging cable. Also included is an accessory bag with o rings for the tank, two coils, warranty card, and user manuals for each of the mod and tank. The two coils included are a.15ohm KA1 mesh coil rated at 60-70 watts and a .2 ohm KA1 mesh coil rated at 50-60 watts. It is nice how Hellvape used red o rings for the .15 ohm coil and blue o rings for the .2 ohm coil to help the user easily tell the difference when installing a new coil.

I’m going to start out by taking a look at the TLC Tank that is included in the kit. From what I can tell, the TLC tank seems to be a larger version of the Launcher Mini tank that I previously reviewed some time ago. In case you didn’t know, TLC stands for Top Loading Coil. The coils for this tank load differently than most tanks where they are either a push in style or threaded. For the TLC tank, you simply unscrew the drip tip base that the drip tip attaches to and drop in a coil. Inside where you drop in the coil there is a spring loaded contact that makes connection with the bottom of the coil. Then once you thread the drip tip base and drip tip back in then it completes the circuit to provide power to the coil. The drip tip base is not attached to the top cap so you can unscrew the top cap to fill through one of the two fill ports without removing the drip tip or the base.

Like I mentioned earlier, the TLC tank is easily filled by simply turning the top cap ¼ turn and removing it without removing the drip tip base or drip tip. The fill ports are very large and I was easily able to fill the tank with a 50ml bottle. When I first received the kit, I disassembled and cleaned the tank with hot water and a drop of soap. While I had it apart I went ahead and installed the included bubble glass since I had a feeling that these coils were going to go through a lot of liquid and I ended up being right. The .15 ohm coil seemed to especially blast through a lot of liquid.

Now let’s take a look at the Hell200 mod. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at how lightweight it was but it still had a feeling of quality. It is made through a CNC machining process and is made out of aerospace grade aluminum. The quality of craftsmanship shows through in the end result in my opinion.

The body shape of the mod was something I recognized and reminded me of the shape of my Riva 200 and Riva dna250c mods. I think the best way to show the shape of the mod is from the top view. The 510 connection has a gold plated spring loaded center pin and the top is held in place with three torx head screws.

The body of the version that I received is silver that fades toward black at the bottom. It’s a really well done fade in my opinion and I like it very much. The entire body is aluminum and there isn’t the usually leather like patch on the back like we see on many mods. The back side of the mod has two long grooves machined into it which can give the user a place to rest their fingers while holding it depending on the size of your hands. I don’t have large hands and find it very comfortable to hold. The Hell200 name is printed near the bottom of the mod which is really the only branding on the mod.

The dual 18650 batteries are loaded from the bottom on this one. The battery door is slid open and there is an arrow on the bottom to show you which way to move it to open. The spring loaded hinge seems to be really sturdy from what I can tell and after a few times tapping the base on my desk it didn’t pop open. The battery polarity is marked on the bottom side of the battery door but is not marked on the inside bottom of the tubes like I do see on some mods.

The front of the Hell200 has an indentation machined into the front that helps to protect the buttons and screen. At the top is a fairly large round fire button that has a nice feel to it. Below that is the .96” color display screen followed by the + and – buttons and finally the USB-C charging port. The display screen shows the following operation.

• Mode of operation(Power, TC-Ni, TC-Ti, TC-SS, TC-TCR, VPC, and Bypass)
• Two separate battery level indicators
• Set wattage(when in power mode)
• Coil resistance
• Voltage while firing
• Length of time of current puff in seconds
• Puff Counter

As you can see, the Hell200 offers seven modes of operation. Many of which are temperature control modes but the kit only comes with KA1 coils. Also, I’m not a big TC user so did not experiment with it. I try to test the samples I receive as received. Had I only received the mod then I would have tried different tanks on it. I may test out the TC modes at a later time.

So I’ve told you that there are different modes but haven’t told you how to switch between them or how to use the included features. The following are the button operations as I understand them.

• Press the fire button 5X to turn the mod on/off
• Press the fire button 3X in two seconds to enter the mode settings and use the + and – buttons to scroll through them. Press the fire button for one second to confirm the selection or wait five seconds and it will automatically save the selection.
• Press the + or – button to adjust the wattage by .5 watts or long press and it will scroll by 1 watt increments.
• Press the + and – buttons to lock the wattage adjustment but the mod will still fire
• To clear the puff counter, press the fire button three times then press the fire button to select the puff counter. Press the – button to clear the puff counter.
• Long press the fire button and the + or – button to adjust the screen brightness

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I was very happy to receive the Hell200 Mod Kit for review. I had just received seven pod devices for review and the mod was a very welcome change. I really enjoyed testing it. I think the design of the TLC tank is rather ingenious. To be able to change a coil out in a few seconds with no mess by simply unscrewing the drip tip tube and popping the old one out and dropping a new one in is a really nice feature.

I ended up running the .2 ohm coil at 47 watts which is a little lower than the recommended 50-60 watt range but it performed well and I felt like the flavor production was very good with the airflow about 1/3 open and the vapor was dense. With the .15 coil I started it around 50 watts and worked my way up to 60 watts which was the bottom end of the range for this coil. The vapor was even more dense and flavorful with the airflow about ½ open. The tank gives plenty of airflow for either coil. Actually more than I needed. It is a top fill tank like most of the tanks I see these days. Normally 5ml capacity would be plenty but when I saw the wattage range of these coils, I immediately installed the bubble glass to get the 6.5ml capacity and am glad I did. I was able to go through about half of a tank just on my 20 minute drive home while using the .15 coil. Normally I can quickly pick a favorite out of the coils provided with a tank but these two were close enough that I really didn’t have a strong favorite. Maybe because of the denser vapor I would pick the .15. Even at 60 watts the vapor wasn’t too warm for me.

Then there’s the Hell200 mod. It has a really nice hand feel to me and the CNC machining on the aluminum body was very well done as was the silver to black color fade. The .96” display screen was easy for me to read and it’s nice that the brightness is adjustable. Also having seven different output modes doesn’t hurt either for those that just want the mod and choose to run TC with a different tank than the TLC. I got nowhere near the 200 watt maximum and never will. It did seem like the battery management was very good on this one. I ran about 300 puffs with the .2 coil and then switched to the .15 coil and probably another 200 or so puff with the .15 coil and still had some battery life left in the dual 18650’s when I decided to go ahead and switch out the batteries. If there was one thing I could change then it would be able to change the display color. It’s not a con but would prefer a different color scheme for the display. I plan on keeping this one in rotation for some time to come. It’s nice to have a dual 18650 mod that is so lightweight.

So, would I recommend the Hellvape Hell200 Mod Kit for you? Absolutely! I very much like it and really have no complaints on it. I may not be as picky as some are but I thought the mod and the tank performed fantastically. I had zero leaking or condensation with the tank and no issues at all with the mod.

When I received WideWick Pod Kit I thought it was yet another anonymous pod and instead I was wrong! Joyetech is the first manufacturer to apply WideWick ™ technology with mesh inside a disposable cartridge. So can we talk about innovation? I would say yes! For the rest we are faced with a classic design that is not too compact, but with the advantage of having a quick refill from the top and without the need to extract the cartridge.
Below you can see a family photo with the latest Joyetech pods that I have had the opportunity to review.





I received the "metallic blue" and "romantic purple" colors for this test, the tactile feedback is very good thanks to the surface that appears very velvety, the color shades are captivating and the only two writings "Joyetech" and "Widewick" are small and not intrusive. At the bottom there is the notification and battery charging LED.

There are two small opposing holes, one on each side, and they will be used to feed the mesh coil inside the cartridge with air. It just looks like these two little holes are designed for an MTL type vape style.





On the bottom there is the Type-C charging port and for a full charge it takes about 70 minutes.
The pod compartment contains; two magnets to hold the cartridge, two gold-plated contact pins, and the automatic activation sensor of the Puff which is raised above the bottom to avoid absorbing any condensation.

The cartridge has the classic flattened spout, the spout itself is removable to allow you to fill the tank with 2ml of e-liquid. I illustrated the handy refill from above and the powerful connection magnets ... (continued) ...



I may have finished the cartridge talk! But Joyetech wanted to impress me by wrapping the Mesh-coil in a layer of absorbent material that takes up about 50% of the space inside the tank. The refilling must be done with relative calm to allow time for the porous material to absorb the liquid. The first time I refilled this cartridge I waited 5 minutes and started vaping ... After some time I checked the e-liquid level and saw that it was completely depleted so I wondered why the mesh is not had given me back the classic burnt flavor, I came to believe that it is this layer of wick that saved my mesh-coil. Just like a sponge, the widewick stays moist enough for a long time before it dries completely. So you can afford (with caution) even some carelessness before refilling the tank. The flavor with this Pod is at very good levels, above all it returns very well the sweet flavors such as those of creamy or fruity liquids, emphasizing them a lot. The air flow is not too restricted, the shot is soft and silent, the steam is rather dense and abundant. I have not noticed any leaks, nor any spitback phenomena, I liked this Mesh + WideWick solution and I promote it.
