Tiramisu, by OIL4VAP is the liquid I'm bringing you today. I must say that I am a huge lover of this dessert so I hope it doesn't disappoint me. Thanks to Vapeo24 for making this review possible; you can visit their page and learn more about them and the liquid.
According to the manufacturer: From the first puff, the character of a robust, full-bodied, slightly bitter coffee with toasted notes that awaken the senses is perceived. This profile is immediately softened by a sweet and silky cream, which perfectly simulates the airy mascarpone typical of tiramisu, providing volume, smoothness, and a delicate sweetness.
Let's start with the smell test. The first thing I can notice is a strong note of coffee, a key ingredient in the preparation of tiramisu. I can also notice a slight note of cocoa. The mascarpone cream takes a backseat, at least in the smell. The smell of this liquid really resembles the real dessert. So we are starting off really well.
Let's move on to vaping, but not before mentioning that this liquid was tested on an Oumier Wasp Nano RDA with a 0.25Ω handmade coil at 40W. The first thing I notice again, and it is the protagonist note of this liquid, is the coffee. It's a bitter coffee, almost without sweetness. Something that is quite noticeable is the creaminess and smoothness of the cream, which tones down the coffee quite a bit on the exhale. The cocoa notes are not present and I don't notice a "sponge cake" base as such. It is a liquid that leaves a very pleasant aftertaste in the mouth that lasts for quite some time. In addition, it is not an extremely sweet liquid; it has that touch of sweetness as it should be, but it is combined with the bitterness of the coffee.
In short, it is a good liquid. I would have liked the coffee to be more balanced with the cream and not stand out so much. If you dare to try it, I must warn you that it is quite aggressive on the coil's cotton, so you will have to change it frequently if you use an RDA.
