Rob, I think it's great you getting your Grandpa into vaping. I hope some of the suggections offered helps. The time spent with Grandpa will be something you will cherish when you can't be with him.

I tried organic cotton with kanger protank and its ok. Can leak a bit.

With rsst i didnt tried the cotton yet cause i also have silica and i am using it right now.

For rsst i am using 29 awg (0.28mm) wire which lasts about 1 week before gets black on wraps because of burnt juice. Then its time to change it for me cause the taste isnt that great anymore. 1 or 2 weeks and i a rebuilding it. I use also protank1 and 2. If i would use only rsst i would change the coil every week for sure.

Didnt tried micro coils yet but i will in near future. They are great for drippers which i dont have.

Hi Lance. That is a bit of a loaded question! Certainly for PG and VG, get USP grade or USP certified. I get my VG from Amazon. For nicotine, I recommend NicVape, since their nicotine is the cleanest I have seen, and I look at a lot of deep analyses. For flavors, this is the sticky part. We know very little about safety of flavor inhalation, and there are literally thousands of flavor compounds. I tend to trust Flavor Apprentice more than anyone else, since they really try to minimize questionable compounds in their flavor recipes, or tell you if they are present. Good luck! Kurt I watched the Vape Team episode you were on about the DIY safety. Afterwards I have been wading through the post here on ECF and Oh My God what a cluster that is with all of the arguments.

What I can not find is a simple...this vendor is selling the correct PG, VG, Nic and flavors answer.

So who would you recommend for DIY supplies.
