For Sale 2019 Kayfun Lite Kit

Up for sale is a very lightly used Kayfun Lite 2019 version. I ran a couple of tanks of unflavored juice and decided it just isn't for me.

This buy includes one 22mm Kayfun Lite 2019 in standard silver, with the complete spares packs unused. I will also include the clear bell cap that changes the look of the Kayfun while retaining the 2ml liquid capacity, which is brand new and never used. Also included is the Dome conversion kit in Fire that doubles the capacity to 4ml and the matching Fire drip tip.

Package will ship Priority Mail to your USA location for free.

To make this quick and easy, I am willing to let this go for a great price of $60 total. Great deal for a great product.

LUXE 80 KIT BREAKDOWN

pc-exploded.png

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

The LUXE 80's came as most Vaporesso devices do in a box that slides out of a outer wrapper box showing the kit and having all the specifications and what's inside printed on the front and back. Inside you find the LUXE 80, 0.2Ω and 0.3Ω mesh coils along with a nice braided type-c charge cable all compartmentalized in their own section under a cardboard open envelope containing all your paper information. At first glance the size of the LUXE 80 pleasantly surprised me because I really thought it was going to be larger than it is. As you can see the LUXE 80 has 2 attractive sides to it, one being it's color side and the other being it's leather side with LUXE stamped diagonally across the top as shown below. I was sent the beautiful red and carbon fiber colors, both give off the appearance of them being 3D and when the light hits the red one a mosaic of colors just seem to come to life and sparkle.

20210726_131617.jpg

20210726_134659.jpg

Vaporesso used the Pod 26 from the Go 80 Kit on the LUXE 80 and I'm glad they did because it works very well and the top fill system used in it performs equally as well.

For those of you not familiar with the Pod 26 I'll explain it's method of top fill, opening the top cap is done with just a minute turn of the top cap, you must grasp the tank or it will just spin.

Once open and off you will notice a hole with a membrane on one side, that is your fill port that acts like a one way valve letting liquid in but sealing back up when the juice bottle tip is pulled out. On the other side is a very tiny hole that allows air to escape when filling keeping everything mess free.

The four magnets on the Pod 26 are some of the strongest if not the strongest for a pod connection, I really have to apply some force to remove the pod, the pod will not come off unintentionally. To adjust airflow simply line up the slots with the slots on the device and turn the pod in either direction.

20210726_142215.jpg

20210726_140753.jpg

Supplied in the kit are a GTX 0.2Ω and a 0.3Ω mesh coil, both coils are clearly marked and each one's mesh netting is slightly different with the 0.2Ω coil having just a bit more. Both coils produce a impressive amount of vapor and have great flavor, I think the 0.2Ω coil edges out the 0.3Ω coil in the flavor department but just barely, both are great coils. Using the 0.2Ω coil I was able to get 180 vapes at 48 watts, using the 0.3Ω coil I was able to get 231 vapes at 40 watts of power.

20210726_144052.jpg

Vaporesso kept branding down to a minimum on the LUXE 80 with branding being on the leather portion I mentioned earlier and on one of the sides of the device leaving the LUXE 80 with a very clean look. The matt gunmetal finish of all the buttons blends and matches the body of the the Luxe 80 very well. The Pod 26 clear tank with black colored top cap bring the look all together. There's even a silver colored accent ring at the base of the proprietary drip tip.

20210727_125900.jpg

The device sits flush on any flat surface without worry of it being knocked over with a bump into a table or desk. The only other spot of any other writing is the bottom that nobody see anyway. There are three battery ventilation holes on the bottom as well.

20210726_150952.jpg

I will tell you another very nice asset the LUXE 80 has besides it's small size and attractive appearance is how lightweight the device is. Weighing only 136g makes carrying out and about a no problem task, it's not light enough for shirt pocket carry but in a pants pocket you barley notice it's there.

The business end of the device shows a bright and sharply defined color display screen that is easy to read, I do however wish the wattage number size could have been made just a bit smaller to allow the other information that's displayed to be just a bit easier to read at a fast glance.

The color display screen and layout used in the LUXE 80 is the same one used in the Swag PX 80, information is laid out very well and is from the top down and left to right.

DISPLAY SCREEN LAYOUT

* Battery bar

* Power mode - ( Wattage, Voltage, Smart Wattage )

* Wattage/Voltage ( depending on your power mod )

* Vaping animation graph

* Best wattage recommendation for coil

* Coil ohms

* Volts / Wattage ( depending on your power mode )

* Puff counter

* Seconds of last vape

20210727_124128.jpg

The LUXE 80 provides a 2A fast charge utilizing a type-c charge port and has a very nice bonus that I really love and I hope continues on future Vaporesso devices, when charging the LUXW 80 you get a battery bar and percentage displayed on the screen showing it's state of charge but you also have a time until fully charged also displayed on the screen. Charging time from a completely dead battery takes about 1 hour and 35 minutes, mine always stopped vaping at about 13% and took under 1 hour to charge.

20210726_145548.jpg

Having a internal 2500mAh battery in such a small package is really impressive, I've done so many reviews of devices in this size class category and most have 1500 to 2000mAh internal batteries and are larger in size, I just grabbed a couple of recent reviews devices I reviewed to show a comparison of size next to the LUXE 80. Although larger in size both devices on each side of the 2 LUXES have smaller capacity internal batteries.

20210727_141554 (1).jpg

I think this kit is a perfect starter for someone beginning their journey into vaping because of it simplicity to use and a menu system that's also easy to navigate. I also think the LUXE 80 Kit will be a popular choice for veteran vapers as well because of sharp looks, size, weight and performance.

You get a choice of 3 power modes but having a smart wattage mode that saves the user from inadvertently applying to much power to the coil that's installed is the preferred choice for me, also having a recommended wattage setting ( BEST ) really helps new vapers.

The LUXE 80 offers 3 color display choices ( THEMES ) that are blue, green and pink. I'll list the functions of the simple and easy menu system down below.

MENU

* 5 Presses of the fire/ power button turns the device on/off

* 3 Presses of the fire/power button locks adjustment buttons

* Hold both adjustment buttons down simultaneously to enter into the menu

* Once in the menu scroll using either adjustment buttons to your desired location then press the fire/power button to activate that selected menu item

LUXE 80 PROS

* Attractive

* Lightweight

* Compact size

* Bright color display

* 3 Color theme choices

* 3 Power modes

* 2500mAh internal battery - ( PRO & CON )

* Instant fire

* Strong pod magnets

* Great ergonomic hand fit

* Type-c

* Battery percentage & time until fully charged displayed

* Light branding

* GTX coils

* Great flavor & vapor

* Clear 5ml pod

LUXE 80 CONS

* 2500mAh internal battery ( CON & PRO )

* Wattage number could be smaller allowing other display numbers size to be increased

FINAL IMPRESSIONS

Well folks as you can tell I'm really loving the LUXE 80 in a very big way because of all the reasons posted above. One thing I really like with the red colored one that I received is how much it sparkles in direct sunlight, I was hoping for the blue colored one because blue is my favorite color but the red emits so many colors that have a sort of 3D effect I love it.

The hand fit is great as well as the feel of being a quality built device with no button rattle. With compact devices I always worry about the pod coming off while in my pocket or when I'm pulling it out of my pocket but the magnets on the Pod 26 are so strong some real force is needed to pull the pod off the mod so no worry there.

The top fill method of the Pod 26 works like a charm also being a mess free one as well. Looking at the Pod 26 you would not think that it could hold 5ml on the standard version because it's a shorter styled tank but yes it does which is another pro going for it.

I'm so glad that Vaporesso decided to use the GTX coils and Pod 26 in this kit because the performance proven GTX coils perform wonderfully giving a great flavorful vape with more than enough vapor.

As you can see in my pros and cons section of the review I listed the internal 2500mAh battery in both because some people prefer to use replaceable batteries while others like the simplicity of a built in battery. The 2500mAh internal battery will get you through the day using the 0.3Ω mesh coil but it falls just a bit short using the 0.2Ω mesh coil, that's where a replaceable battery would shine, but charging only takes 1 hour and 35 minutes on a fully depleted battery, under 1 hour was the norm for me. I'm hoping to receive the replaceable 18650 version ( LUXE 80S ) for comparison soon.

Vaporesso has another winner with the creation of the LUXE 80 Kit and I would recommend it as a great starter kit and not just a on the go device for veteran vapers but one that can be used as a all day device.

I would like to thank Milo and Vaporesso for providing the LUXE 80 Kit for the purpose of this review and I also hope this review helped anyone looking to purchase the LUXE 80 Kit.

THANK YOU

DIGIFLAVOR SIREN V4 MTL RTA review by hittman

I’m glad to be back yet again with another review for you. This go round I’ll be taking a look at the Digiflavor Siren MTL RTA V4 that was sent to me by Geekvape in order to provide a fair and honest review. I am somewhat familiar with the Siren series of rtas. I have used and still to this day use the Siren V1. I bought two of the Siren V2 when they came out but honestly didn’t care much for them. I also have a couple of the Siren V3 that were included with the Z1 SBS kits. I like the V3 well enough although felt like the flavor production was a little lacking. So here we are now with the V4. It’s really different looking compared to past versions and I have high hopes for this one despite it only having a 2ml liquid capacity. Let’s see how it goes.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging of the Siren V4 has an outer white outer sleeve with a red two part box underneath. The one that I received is the gunmetal version. Like I mentioned earlier, I have some experience with all three prior versions of the Siren RTA. I knew from seeing pictures before receiving the sample that it looked quite a bit different from prior versions with an almost invisible tank section and what appeared to be a very long drip tip installed on it. I tried both of the included tips but really didn’t care for either that much as you can see in the picture below that I have installed one of my own 510 tips.

upload_2021-7-31_16-48-44.png

The Siren V4 is 22mm in diameter and about 51mm in total length. It is an MTL tank like previous versions but is quite different in design. It has a PEI 2ml tank section and includes a spare glass tank. It has center located honeycomb airflow holes and allows the airflow to come up directly under the coil. It has a leak proof bottom airflow system and a semi hidden airflow control system. It really is quite different from other rtas in the Siren line.

What I’m going to call the front of the tank has the Digiflavor logo on the top section of the tank with the barely visible tank section below that and the airflow control below that. There are multiple holes and a red mark that allows you to keep track of where you have the airflow set. It’s a rather nice feature in my opinion. The top cap of the Siren V4 takes about two and a half complete rotations to screw or unscrew when filling. I’m not sure why they didn’t go with the usual ¼ turn opening especially with a 2ml tank. There are no seals attached to the top cap underneath. There are two seals on the inside of the tank opening. One in the center that seals around the center airflow tube and a second around the outside perimeter of the opening. The bottom of the tank has the usual branding on it and says DIGIFLAVOR on it.

upload_2021-7-31_16-49-50.png

upload_2021-7-31_16-50-7.png

The kit comes with four coils and four cotton threads which I thought was nice compared to the normal two coils that are included in most tanks. I chose to build with the 316 2.5mm coil since I’m not a big fan of Ni and always prefer 316 coils. I’m sure others will enjoy the included coils.

The build deck is a two post single coil GTA style deck. Once the screws are loosened, it allows you to insert the coil legs in the slots below and then tighten the screws down while holding the coil in place. I’m not going to lie. I struggled a little bit trying to install the coil with just my hands at first and then grabbed my coiling tool which made it much easier to hold the coil in place. I did push the coil legs inward while tightening each one just to make sure they were trapped in place. The cotton threads that were included were a perfect fit. I thinned the tails out quite a bit to make sure I wasn’t over stuffing the holes so it would wick well.

upload_2021-7-31_16-51-36.png

upload_2021-7-31_16-51-55.png

Yes the wicking above is a little messy but I cleaned it up before putting the tank together.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I have to say that I was rather pleased with the Siren V4 MTL RTA. The redesign was a success in my opinion. I felt like the flavor production was much better than the previous two versions.

Although I didn’t much care for the included drip tips, I could see where the long one would come in handy if you wanted to use it on a side by side device like the Digiflavor Z1 SBS.

I felt like the Siren V4 is a quality designed and built tank that provided good flavor and with all of the different airflow options can fit most vapers whether they want a really tight draw or a loose MTL. I found myself running it about ¾ open since I like a fairly loose MTL draw. I really like the red dot indicator that lets you keep track of where you have the airflow set. The airflow control was tight enough to not let it move accidentally but loose enough to where it isn’t too hard to adjust.

One thing I didn’t really care for was the small tank section that makes it very hard to see the liquid level in the tank. I just got in a habit of removing the top cap to check the liquid level and that seemed to work well enough for me. So, would I recommend the Digiflavor Siren V4 MTL RTA for you? If you don’t mind a 2ml liquid capacity and want a small 22mm rta that provides pretty good flavor and has a versatile airflow control then yes I would.

I’d like to thank Geekvape and Allison for sending the Digiflavor Siren V4 MTL tank for this review and thanks to the readers that keep me doing reviews. Below is a link to the Digiflavor website if you’d like to investigate this product yourself.

GEEKVAPE OBELISK C TANK review by hittman

Hi folks! I’m back today with the Geekvape Obelisk C tank that was sent to me by Geekvape for the purpose of providing a fair and honest review. The Obelisk C is a revision of a tank that you might remember called the Cerberus. I liked the Cerberus and have a few of them but haven’t used one in a while. I even went as far as to find an rba for the original Cerberus. The Obelisk C is a bit different and does not use the same coils as the original unit. I’ll talk more about that a little later but for now let’s take a look at the Geekvape Obelisk C sub ohm tank.

Geek-Vape-Obelisk-C-Tank-Mesh-Coil.jpg

Geek-Vape-Obelisk-C-Tank-Top-Filling.jpg

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging of the Obelisk C tank was the familiar review sample with the outer sleeve that slides off with the two part box underneath that once separated exposed the Obelisk C tank and the spare glass sitting in a foam insert. Underneath the foam was a box which contained a second S series coil, and an accessory pack with a spare 810 drip tip, some o rings, and a 510 drip tip adapter.

The Obelisk C comes with two coils. There is a single mesh .15 ohm coil rated for 80-90 watts. The other coil included is a .25 ohm dual mesh coil rated at 45-55 watts. Both coils thread into the base of the tank and thread onto the airflow tube connected to the top portion of the tank rather than being a push in coil like we’re used to seeing. If you’ve read other reviews I’ve done then you won’t be surprised that I liked the .25 coil better. It is much closer to my normal vaping range. I liked it at 41.5 watts when running it on my shiny blue Legend 2. The flavor production was fantastic in my opinion. It took me a while to work up the courage to run the .15 coil. With as many devices as I’ve tested, I’ve never vaped at 80-90 watts. I got up to about 62 watts and that was it for me. It did produce a really thick and flavorful vapor but is just too warm and strong for me even using a 3mg liquid. I just don’t see myself vaping at this range in the future but know that some people do.

upload_2021-7-31_14-45-41.png

The tank comes with two low profile 810 drip tips that normally I would immediately change out for a longer one but decided to give this one a chance and it has worked out fairly well. The top cap has the Geekvape name on it and is a ¼ turn to open or close like many of the Geekvape tanks I’ve tried. On the bottom side of the top cap is a different kind of seal than what I remember being used on past tanks. It’s a fairly skinny seal that is near the edge of the cap to make a leak proof seal. Inside the top are two very large fill ports that can used to easily fill the tank with just about any bottle without having any kind of mess. The 5.5ml bubble glass comes pre-installed on the tank but there is also a 4ml straight glass included in the package. The base of the tank is 25mm and the total length of the Obelisk C tank is 43mm. The bottom of the tank has the Obelisk C name etched in it and the center pin on the 510 appears to be gold plated. On the side of the base are three 10mm airflow openings that allow a generous amount of airflow to the tank. With coils rated at 80-90 watts you’re going to need quite a bit of airflow.

upload_2021-7-31_14-47-12.png

upload_2021-7-31_14-47-30.png

FINAL THOUGHTS:

The Geekvape Obelisk is a great flavor producing tank using the new S series of coils. There may be some similarity to the original Cerberus tank but honestly it’s been so long since I’ve used one that I don’t really remember except that both were bottom airflow tanks. I was a little surprised that Geekvape made a new bottom airflow tank after releasing so many top airflow tanks.

I feel like Geekvape did a good job of covering the bases by including what I would call a mid-range coil at 45-55 watts that can be run a little lower if necessary and also a high wattage coil for those that like that 80-90 watt range. That’s just not for me. Nothing wrong with it but it’s just too much vapor and too warm for me.

It’s nice that it comes with the bubble glass already installed. I’m not really sure why there is a straight glass included. I’d much rather have a spare bubble glass. With the coils that this tank uses I feel like the extra 1.5ml capacity is needed unless you like refilling your tank fairly often. I guess that depends on how much you vape or how often.

I’d like to thank Geekvape and Allison for sending the Obelisk C tank with Tri-Boosting flavor for this review. A big thanks to you the readers also. Below is a link to the Geekvape website if you’d like to take a look around.

I received the Phantom Green coloring for this test, I really like the bright green color with a bronze gradient downwards.

Is It Safe to Vape Around Pets?

Pets and vape have something in common, aside from bringing little joy to some lives, both were also considered as life-changing factors. A change for a much better us.

According to the research of some credible sources, pets like dogs and cats are vulnerable to nicotine exposure so we must observe necessary safety precautions like keeping vape smoke away from our pets.

And more important is to safeguard our vape devices and pets or those precious belongings will ruin both of them.

Have a great day lovely people. :thumb:

VOOPOO SEAL 40 WATT POD MOD REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322

Hello and welcome to today's review of the Seal Pod Mod from Voopoo that has a couple of nice features especially if your a regular user of Voopoo's PNP Pod and coils. Here's a brief description of the Seal and it's features prior to the review. As most Pod Mods in this size class the Seal utilizes a 1200 mAh built in battery and is a wattage only device with a range of 5-40 watts with the Voopoo smart feature that protects the coil stopping wattage adjustment at the maximum wattage of the coil you select. I'll cover more about the Seal shortly but first lets get to know the Seal.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Mt first look at the device was a bit of a shock because after sliding the tray that the Seal rest in out of the box I saw only the device with the pod attached but no coils or charge cord or protective color matching full sized bonnet as the 2ml has. But they were there tucked in underneath the plastic tray the Seal rest in. The Seal has a IP66 rating and is encased in silicone rubber, even the pod has a color matching protective bonnet that makes the device look like a one piece unit. This is a real featherweight weighing only 72 grams. The Seal has fully adjustable airflow that has 5 airflow holes and is adjusted using a lever shown in the picture below.

20210728_125320.jpg

Voopoo supplies 2 coils in the kit and both are for MTL especially since that's the type of drip tip that comes on the PNP MTL Pod, the drip tip is a proprietary one so no changing it out for one of your own but I found it to be comfortable to use. The 2 coils provided are a 1.2Ω vertical wire build rated for 10-15w and the other is a mesh 0.8Ω coil rated at 12-18w.

20210728_144912.jpg

The coils are PNP push and pull with no flat spots to line up which makes it very easy to install. The 2ml PNP pod attaches to the device using 4 very strong magnets that connect to the recessed metal ring of the device. The 2 ml pod uses the same bottom fill method as the full size by pulling out the attached rubber plug. I've been using PNP pods for a very long time and they still work as well as when new so longevity is no issue. In the picture below I pulled off the MTL bonnet and rested the device on it, the pod on the left rest upon the full sized pod bonnet that is included in the kit. I would advise you to lift the bonnet up to view juice levels because with the bonnet on it cast to much of a shadow to clearly see the juice.

20210728_125721.jpg

As you can see with the bonnet on even the full sized PNP pod makes the device and pod look like a 1 piece unit, Both the MTL and full size PNP pods are very tough and durable and will be even stronger wearing protective bonnets. The full size pod fits like a glove while not looking out of place because of it's size difference to the MTL pod. The 5 airflow holes are adjusted by either opening or closing 1 hole at a time, having all 5 holes open gives a loose MTL draw and by reducing the amount of holes open restricts it. Completely closed showing no open holes you get a cigarette like draw, my preference is 1 hole open.

20210728_134502.jpg

The seal is a very small device and because of it's size the bottom of the device was probably the only spot on the device that Voopoo was able to place the type-c charge port, the cover is easily opened because of the small indent on the side.

20210728_130624.jpg

20210728_130315.jpg

The Seal's functioning buttons are pretty straight forward with the fire/power button at the top with a line drawn through it, below it is the display screen followed by the up/down buttons at the bottom. Even though the display screen window is very small I can stick read everything on the screen easily and that was a surprise because my eyesight isn't the best.

At the top of the screen is your battery bar, below it is the wattage selected and below that are your draw or inhale selection. If you choose the letter A your inhale selection will be auto draw, if you choose the letter P you will be using the fire/power button to fire the coil. Below your selection of firing the coil is the coils ohm reading followed by the puff counter.

20210728_155341.jpg

With the Seal having no menu and just a couple of button combinations it's really simple and easy to operate and in my opinion a nice starter kit for anyone that has quit smoking.

* On/off - 5 presses of the fire/power button

* Locking the entire device is done by hold the fire/power button and up button down simultaneously

* Changing draw modes is done with 3 presses of the fire/power button

* Clearing the puff counter is done by holding the fire/power button and down button simultaneously

FINAL IMPRESSIONS

Coils provided work very nicely for MTL with the 0.8Ω mesh giving a very saturated flavorful vape, you won't be clouding up a room but it's not intended to do so. The vape at 16 watts is a semi warm one and because the flavor at that wattage hit my sweet spot I saw no need to run the Seal any higher which also saves battery life. I am able to make it through almost a full work day on one charge.

The 1.2Ω coils doesn't have as much flavor as the 0.8 mainly because it's a straight wire vertical coil and not mesh but it's still a satisfying vape with the ability to make it through a full work day and then some on 1 charge.

The silicone rubber covering the device really gives it a protective bumper and having a color matching pod bonnet of the same material makes the device appear as a single unit. I thought I would have a problem with it sticking to my pocket but it does not, slipping it in and out of a pocket is no problem.

The fully adjustable airflow works very well for a MTL application giving a loose MTL vape with all 5 airflow holes open and a very cigarette type of inhale with all holes completely closed, there is still some airflow fully closed so you should be able to find a sweet spot somewhere in this range.

Ergonomics are good and it almost disappears in the hand leaving just the tip of the mouthpiece showing, and speaking on the mouthpiece I found it to be comfortable to use and liked the height of it as well as the bore size.

Having the ability to use the full size PNP Pod on the Seal is a nice bonus that gives more options on how the Seal can be used. Providing a extra bonnet for the full sized PNP Pod was a nice touch, having the bonnet on really pulls everything together.

If you inhale very strong and deep the auto draw feature should work for you but I don't inhale very deeply and found the auto draw feature didn't function well for me, I'm a button presser anyway so I rarely use auto draw.

Having the charge port on the bottom of the device means you will be pulling the cover to it off when charging time arrives, replacing the cover be sure to fully seat it back into place or the Seal will wobble a bit standing up. If you lay the Seal down the airflow selector lever protrudes just enough to prevent it from rolling off the surface it's on.

All in all I think Voopoo did a nice job with designing the Seal and think it's a good started kit for someone just quitting smoking and wanting to get into vaping.

I would like to thank Aimer and Voopoo for providing the Seal for review and I hope this review has helped anyone looking to purchase the Seal.

THANK YOU
