I honestly wonder if she had a medical emergency before she'd even been hit by the train. Heart attack, or diabetic issue. Often times when those bizarre type accidents occur, it's often the case.

So, I completely understand wanting to help, but sometimes you just have to pick your battles....and honestly, many wild animals could really hurt you, especially if they're injured or scared.

I know!!!!
But DH even said I did the right thing, that the momma goose would have tried to attack me if I had gotten out of the car...I believe it 100% too, just by her body language she was displaying....

No feeling real hot this afternoon, not sure how much longer I'll be around ... may take a bath & see if I start feeling better.
