OK, have had mine for about 5 minutes now. First thing I noticed was it seems like it was designed for left handers. I have a big nautilus on it now and started out with lowest watts. Worked fine for me, no burnt taste. Like others have said, this thing is small and light. (coming from MVP2). First impression is this thing is great.

I just got an I Stick from a Wash company on E Bay for 29 bucks, I like it a lot better then my Hana box, much easier to hold and use...

I was looking at a Cloupor clone when I came across the istick. I was looking at the Hana clones for weeks and couldn't quite pull the trigger on one with the issues and questionable features among the different ones available. The fact that the istick was half the cost made me order one within an hour of researching it.

Well hump me in the .... and call me shorty.

I guess I have the only crappy istick/Nautilus Mini on the planet.

I wouldn't call it crappy...it's just the pwm dealio difference. I usually use my iclears and nautilus minis (with 1.8 bvcs) at 8 - 8.5 watts but on the istick it's @7.0-7.4; at 8 it's too hot, 8.5 tastes burnt.

I did the exact same thing, though it took me longer to "pull the trigger" :)

A number people are attributing the higher than usual output of the Istick to the fact that it regulates using PWM. It has nothing to do with PWM. Most regulated mods use PWM but depending on the frequency of the pulses or the user-applied voltage/watts or whether the pulses have been filtered to simulate a flat DC line, the oscillations (rattlesnake sound) may or may not be noticeable. The reason the Istick seems to hit harder than other regulated mods is because the Istick measures its output using Aavg (mean) instead of the more common Vrms.
That's what Eleaf needs to correct in order for the applied voltage/watts to hit similarly to other mods. Just set it lower than other devices and it should be fine for most setups.

I sold my Hana on eBay 3 days after I got my 2 iSticks. It's just didn't work for me as far as form factor anymore [emoji1]

I never even heard of it before the day I ordered it but there was a lot of decent reviews already and I really like the small form factor. I wanted a VS DNA30 which is about the same size but didn't think it was worth $170 (now $120) so I saw the Istick as a bargain at $36 and worth trying out. I have a VS rDNA 40 reserved at my semi-local VS shop. When I learned about the DNA 40 chip, I really wanted one but there's only a few mods with the chip. The rDNA is a bit bigger but still way smaller than the others. I found out that VS has a lone shop outside FL in NJ and it's a little over an hour away. It'll be worth the road trip to pick one up rather than wait for one to ship. Hopefully by next week but the lady said 2 weeks. I already ordered and received Ni200 wire. Having the Istick in hand now makes the wait almost bearable. Almost :D.

Im picking up an istick and nautilus mini for my travel mod. I was going to get the 1.6 ohm coils but I thought I should ask you guys. Does the 1.6 ohm coil produce more vapor than the 1.8 ohm?

I've heard the 1.8 ohm does a better job, I'm using them and haven't tried the 1.6's so I can't make a comparison, but since I'm so happy with what I have, I'm not interested in changing my current setup.

Any good deals on iStick this week? A buddy of mine wants one after using my backup one for a couple of days; and evape.us is out of stock

Funny, I saw a post for an iStick on my deals web site. It ships from China on November 1st, so you might not get it for a month, but it's the cheapest price I've seen. $28.49 shipped with coupon code "all5off"

Eleaf Istick 20W 2200mah VV&VW Mod

I ordered mine from VapeNW for $35.99 and got it in 2 business days. Too bad you missed the sale for $29.99 a few days ago. It was still live when I saw the post too.

I don't regret spending the extra money one bit since I got it so quickly and because I needed it for a wedding that weekend. I wasn't fitting an MVP in those suit pants, and I didn't want to bring my ego twist.

Yeah, that's what I meant but with nails like mine..typing PWM is more than enough. TLDR, it's fine for me at a slightly lower setting than my other devices. ;->

I've tried 1 1.6 with the istick, didn't note it to make any more vapor. For me the 1.8s seems to give better flavor, fine amount of vapor and hold up better than the 1.6 - though maybe I just had a bad one.

Thanks man! I passed the information to my buddy and let's see what he wants to do. Meanwhile, he "borrowed" my backup iStick is happily vaping away...

Came across a problem with my istick, it wont fire any of my atomizers anymore. With the exception of my nautilus, and will only fire when partially screwed on. Really frustrating :/
Buy some #60 o-rings. Slowly and gently lift up the 510 connection. Remove the crap white o-ring which is installed. Slide the #60 o-ring over the 510 pin and place at the bottom of the opening. Then slowly push down the 510 pin as gently and straight as you can......and voila! Fix done and it will work with all attys (at least mine does).

Sounds stupid but i prefer my istick now ive done this fix! Lol
