GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!!!
The Home Thread is named:

GLASSMANOAK’s THE VAPE TREE - Discounts, Promotions, Updates, and Home Thread

NEW RULES
Unfortuntely, I have to start a very strict set of rules to claim your prize because my communications have become very complex and things are getting lost:
1 Send an email with the subject “WINNER !!”
2. List E-liquid choices (by name}, nicotine strength,
shipping name and address.
3. My email address is
thevapetree@gmail.com.
Do NOT send this information via ECF Conversation !!! You can use only the email address !!

I apologize for having to be so strict, but this is the only way I can continue the Contest and even hope to keep my sanity !!

I am glad to accommodate PIF requests, HOWEVER, The email MUST come from the original winner, not the PIF recipient. The PIF giver will have to do a bit of work!

ENJOY !!!

Congrats to Asylmsix!

@KatzWh1skers said: ...what a cool story about Xena , Kato and the other kritters lookin out for you! It should make a nice children's book ;)

Well, let's see... lots to say on this subject, and they are generalities, so not directed to or towards any particular individual(s). @Uncle could no doubt jump in here with some wisdom if it doesn't take him too long to type. :) Remember a guy named Walt Disney? He started his career by assuming the mindset of a five year old (before kindergarten, pre-school, and pre-pre-school became mandatory) and looking at the world through those eyes. Everything is new, interesting, needs to be explored -- gee, kind of like me. ;) That child, as yet, has not been programmed to be a good and compliant little worker and voter, so what s/he sees, s/he interprets "as if" it has the same intelligence as s/he does. This is why Bambi was such a success. It even took adults back to their youth. The animals in that movie said the kinds of things and acted like a human child would expect them to say/act. Of course, that all got ruined by technology advances, video games, cell phones, Facebook, and the Disney board of directors demanding they make movies with more profit potential and stop pandering to the babies (who don't even own a wallet). That helped Disney die because his view was being squashed. The Wonderful World of Disney could once have been rearranged to Walt's version: The World is Full of Wonder. But that's not profitable today. There are still some great writers of children's books, but you'll never find them #1 on the best seller list (and no, Harry Potter was not children's books - that was aimed at teenagers who wanted power in the adult world).

So why do I pay so much attention to cats (dogs, chickens, cows, horses)? Because they have a mind too, and their minds are not brainwashed like ours to believe the world is something else. So they do things like a child - all their lives. Yes, the calf cannot open the gate and get out like its mommy - she learned how to work the latch. But they still view the world as something to be explored and wondered at. Sure there are dangers, but they have to incorporate those into their relatively simple reality and get on with the business of living. And guess what! If we would pay attention to every butterfly, bird, mouse, etc., as they do, we might learn something that the educational programmers will never teach you: the world is full of wonder and you are not here on this planet to do no more than win at destructive video games, get a job at McBarf Burger, pay your taxes, and vote for the butthead that lies the best about what s/he is never going to do for you.

And all those animals do have something to say. And they have feelings that humans have long forgotten how to use, like simple intuition, and sensing that which we overlook all the days of our adult lives. I'm going to give you another cat picture:
44 Dot.JPG

This was Quantum Dot. He got that name because, while he was still a baby, you could look at him at one end of the house, then turn around and see him at the other end of the house, and you would swear he never ran past you. He just seemed to be able to magically appear out of nowhere. No, it wasn't really magic (or quantum physics either); he just moved faster than we every expected him to be able to. Why? Dot was born with only half of his left rear leg. He also had numerous internal problems (likely also birth defects) and the vet, when we took "her" into be fixed (she had no testicles that we could see, so she must be female), after cutting her open, discovered she was a he, then, when we came to pick him up, she told us he had a bad heart, bad lungs, etc., and likely he wouldn't live more than another year or two at most. Dot lived to be 10 years old and was as active in that time as any other cat I ever lived with. How? Dot did not know he was disabled. No one ever told him he can't, so he did. This was his life and he was going to live it to its fullest until he was no longer here to live it. (Gee, same attitude I have.) Dot came and sat on my lap every evening to get his daily dose of pets and scritches. I always gave him some energy while he was on my lap too. We had a great friendship and he taught me a few things about handling difficult situations (never give up; never surrender, etc.). How many people do you know (which might include yourself) who "own" a cat or dog and all they ever do if feed them, clean up their messes, occasionally pet them, then say, "Get out of the way. I can't see the TV through your fat ....!" Those people do not truly know their animals. The cat or dog (or horse) is there only as a status symbol. Slow down. Smell the roses. Talk to your critters. They will talk back, and if you pay attention, you will find that some of the things they have to say are very important.

The same holds true with people...
