how does this vape versus the subtank/mini flavorwise @ same wattages
how does this vape versus the freemax starre v2/pro @ same wattages

Better than both because I have those tanks, but I think if you hit the Crown at 70 watts you will be quite impressed BUT you can totally rock it at a low 50 w if you like a cooler vape. I have never had it flood or anything. I am a fan of Starre V2 and place the Crown in higher regard to flavor.

This tank is built with love, it is probably the best quality made tank I own now. Top fill is the best out of all of them, just simple to

This is 100% the new one, does it vape better than the old one, no idea, does it look different in anyway, no idea

You tell me ?

Ok 0.25ohm coil the bottom fell off. Nickel coil flooded because the o ring came off the chimney while cleaning it. Put the tfv4 back on and the flavour is way better. Already cleaned, back in the box ready to sell. Thanks but no thanks, I've been spoilt

Ahh now come now. I screwed around with that "frustrating" Starre Pro way longer than you gave this one & lost 10 Mls of juice leaked on my Sig 150 lol and a haha :) and p.s. yeah it looks the same as all the rest of them visually. To the issues you are having I dunno, I have not had any technical build QC issues with anything so far.

Seriously though, I'm tootle puffing my .25 @ 125 watts right now pushing new limits on the Crown and the power/flavor is pretty darn tooten IMO for the little coil. But to each their own.... I'm not going to lie, I am using my TFV4 more right now due to shinyitus but if I have seal issues/leak issues I am going to pout about it :)! The top fill is just so much easier on that Crown. I make a mess with that TFV but I ordered some new syringes that may help on that on.

Sorry it did not work out for ya buddy. If I did not have 3 of them right now I'd buy it from you and if you did not live in the UK I would mail you a spare .25 because I think you just got one right?

I have tried and tried and I just don't get this tank, I have tried the 0.25ohm coil, 0.5ohm, the nickel coil, checked all the O rings, you name it I have tried it. This tank gurgles from the very first hit, every single time, no matter what I do. I have come to the conclusion I have a bad tank or the new so called V2 is flawed. I have a lot of Sub tanks and this has performed the worst out of all of them, it is unusable.
There is nothing more I can do. :(

Well I can say the coils do take some breaking in. This is exactly how I do them.

1. I don't presoak inside (did 1st time, never again)
2. I use a 80+ VG
3. I vape dry suck a few times, then hit long and slow at 40 watts, barely anything but it will get there.
4. I go ramp up to 50+ and continue a few more puffs
5. I pretty much go to 90, spitting, warm etc. for a few hits.
6. This is what I did, I finished 2 tanks at 120 watts. I pushed the crap out of it. Was barely inhaling because I was in awe.

The next few tanks mostly 95 watts, all on the .25 and the minor spitting dies down about the 5th tank. I am using the same .25 coil right now since before my vacation. Still going strong and the flavor is as good as week 1. That means something, I am already noticing slight muting on that quad Smok coil. I would normally clean it but I am afraid to crack the tank open just yet!

Sorry it was a dud for ya though. I know you were looking forward to trying it.

The frustrations got the better of me and there is no doubt that this is a great tank and I do value your advice and opinion. I have spoken to my supplier and he has asked me to send it back and they will replace it, I will see how the new one does and I'll follow the above, sorry I complained so much, the wife is always telling me about that hahaha.. it's surprising just how frustrated you can get when things like this happen, I was definitely in your Starre Pro world, although I have to say, no juice ever leaked out of the Crown which is weird..
I will be back when the new tank arrives, hopefully with better news..

Quick off topic but since the bottom O ring stuck to the glass on the TFV4 and I replaced it, Ive not had a problem with it, I fixed the drip tip, now it sits flush with some after market O rings and I used a smaller vape band just to keep the top closed better, works well..

I looked through a few pages but can't find much on the 1.2 coils. How do they go? I kinda have a self imposed limit of 30w except for the very rare occasion when I feel like blowing some big clouds.
I've got 3 weeks on the 1.2 ohm that came with the tank. Still going strong and flavorful at 25-30 watts.

I have yet to experience a leak using the stock coils, but the rba leaks like a sieve. I tried numerous builds and wicking styles and never could get the rba to stop leaking. Soon as I put a stock coil back in there it's been dry as a bone.
You never get a gurgling from it, it's a mind bender why mine was so awful.

That's the first I've heard of anybody having an issue with the crown stock coils. It's such a smooth tank. Heard all sorts on the tf4 leaking though think a few people are having issues with the bottom o ring and the same with the Starr pro top fill mechanism. I'm in the UK and would take it off your hands if your replacement is still not working for you. But they are quite a cheap tank compared to the other high end tanks I paid £19.99 from ecigone good luck Rixsta hope it works for you.

Pleasantly surprised with the Crown .5 coil. I switching back and forth using it with temperature control on my Opus 200. Both TC and without, I am surprised the .5 takes so much power with ease.

Again, have to mention how great the top fill and the quality is on the Crown. Really impressed and went ahead and ordered 3 packs of replacement coils.

Tempted to buy a TFV4 and try it out, but after my Starre Pro leaked (yes the dang on/off valve was in the proper position) I want to avoid anything that is known to leak until it gets fixed. All these tanks burn through juice so quickly that I don't need it pouring out the air inlets too.
