I am having a problem with a brand new eRoll that I just got on Friday...the PCC is fully charged but when I put a battery in to charge there's no blue light. If I put the same battery in my daughter's PCC, it lights up just fine. I've got the same problem with both batteries...:mad...

I've seen several people post about the fingerprints on their eRoll... I put a dab of Turtlewax on mine and it seems to help. It can make it a bit more slippery, tho.

I'm new to the Ego C attys that come with the eRoll...Can someone tell me how you check resistance with a multimeter on these? Do you just put a probe on either end? Not sure how to do this without threads. Thanks!
