I wish I could tell you how long a carto would last when using 100% VG, but I can't. It all depends on the carto and how you vape it. It could last a day or you might luck out and have it last for a couple of weeks. I do know that 100% VG has the tendency to kill cartos and atties faster than a PG/VG mix. It's just because VG is thicker.

I use 100% VG and most of my carto's last well over a week. I have gone to direct dripping now, at least until I get a feeder, but that is more convenience than anything else. After a week the flavour will taper off, but I usually then clean and off I go again.

The first fill I would let soak for a while, but after that if you fill using the condom method it is pretty easy.

The revolution is a feeder so refilling shouldn't be much of a problem and im getting about 25 cartos standard 2.8 Ohm boge

The viscosity (thickness) of 100% VG varies from vendor to vendor. This is because some of them add distilled water and some don't. For dripping on an atty, thick VG is good - in a carto it isn't. If your VG is thick and gloopy you can just add some water if you like. Or regular vodka, which is alcohol plus water. Or a thin, zero-nic VG mixer liquid obtainable from some vendors. With any of these methods, the nic strength and flavor is slightly reduced, although it is often unnoticeable because the liquid wicks through faster.

Or, remove the outer foam filler in the carto. This is done very carefully, and the centre cover is gently replaced in position if moved. Plus: 25% more vapor. Minus: more likely to leak.

I've used 100% vg for a while and refuse to use boge cartos anymore. The filler is thicker and takes so long to absorb it. I have a syringe I used for clearos but yeah vg is too thick for those so I ended up taking them apart and dripping with them. I use that syringe to fill my remaining boge cartos until they die.

I now use non brand KR808D-1 cartos from libertyflights because the filler isn't so packed and there's been no problems at all whatsoever. Condom method fill it first time, then add a few drops now and then and it's never a problem of wicking. I don't leave them to sit out ever, just fill and vape within a minute. They last me 2 weeks or so vaping quite heavily on my ego with an 808 adapter.

Easiest method I've found so far for all vg wicking wise. I don't want to drip all the time, tanks aren't great with all vg and clearos are impossible. Cartos work for me.

If I had to reccommend a carto, I'd say the volt ones. If I lived in the usa I'd definately use volt cartos over anything else. Great warmth, really conservative with juice and absorbs all vg just fine. I like the volt cartos so much, when I get into the usa in a month or so time I'm going to batch order a bunch of them to save the obscene customs charges and international shipping.

I use 100% VG, or very close to it (cartos, revolution v2.1), and it purely depends on the juice. Some juices just don't like cartos, because they're incredibly thick. Some 100% VG juices give me no problems whatsoever. Often the darker VG's are the troublesome ones, but some dark ones are fine. It's kind of hit or miss, in my opinion, but like hairball said, as long as you don't try to chain vape the super thick ones, it's usually fine.
