You are doing great.
If you are like most of us you will spend all of you cigarette money the first year trying to figure out what works for you. The next year you will be saving tons of money but still buying a few things now and then. This isn't just a way to quit smoking it's an adventure and a hobby.

The 2.4 ohm cartos are a good place to start. Once you have a feel for vaping and what works for you then will be the time to experiment with other things. Try to keep it simple in the beginning. There so many choices out there that it is easy to get overwhelmed.

I will get back to this later. The river is up and it time for me to meet a few friends to paddle. I am a whitewater paddler and wonder if I would still be able to this kind paddling if it wasn't for this strange hobby of mine.

Cheers!!

I agree, I'm loving it and I was a menthol analog smoker! Didn't think I'd find a tobacco flavor that I liked without menthol, but I love this.

Now if I can figure out what to do about the mornings. I can't vape for 2-3 hours after I get up, it chokes the crap out of me. After 2-3 analogs, I'm fine and can vape the rest of the day, especially with this 8mg. I'm wondering if I should make some at maybe 4mg or less and see if that will work in the AM to get off the analogs completely.

I posted this question in the 'older folks' forum since I fall in that category. Any ideas Danny?

Try adding 2 - 3% koolata. It will give you all the 555 flavor and a nice cooling effect without the menthol.

Maybe that will help with the reduced nic juice that is lacking flavor? How much for ohhhhhhhhhhhhh a 50ml bottle? What started as 30 has ended up 50 because of reducing the nic in an already made bottle. Of course, there was about 4.5ml removed from the 30. Yes, I know, my recipe is shot, but it's vapable and that's all I ask at this point in time. The fact that I only had 2 sticks this morning when it took 3,4,5 to get to vape condition, I'm happy!

All kidding aside, what do you recommend as a starting percentage with Koolata? 2-3% DUH I missed that.
And I have that!

Thanks hon!

start with 2%. It' does enhance flavors.

I'll do that! Right now I'm waiting on 50 10ml bottles that should be showing up any day. That's when the fun starts! :)

Speaking of which, I haven't checked the mail today. As anxious as I am, I'm on the 3rd floor, so I can't keep running to the mailbox, so I check it late to be SURE it's come and this time of year it can be 5:30 pm before he gets here. Since I KNOW it's come, I'm gonna go check. :)

No VapeMail, just bills.:(

I actually prefer the 10ml bottles over the 5 ml bottles. you can make 5 ml test batches and there's plenty of room for adjustments if nessessary. I use 6ml glass bottles myself. Just ordered a case of 72 so I'm set for a while.

That's the way I was looking at it. *sigh* still waiting.

Hey Danny!

I got my DIY Mail! Have about 50 flavors and additives, plus the new nic and everything I need to mix. Still waiting on bottles and UC from Amazon though. :( Since I don't have the amber bottles to divide the nic into, I put the whole thing in the freezer without opening it, sealed in plastic, bubble wrap, etc. Good idea right? I'm so excited! Can't believe I have 16 flavors in 'cart' though. Somebody stop me!!!!
