…I think there is a problem and I will try to explain it. (please forgive my poor English)

One battery works fine. Needs 3 hours to be charged and I can vape for almost 8 hours.

The other battery has problem or I don’t do something right.
No matter how many hours this battery is on the charger its light never turns green and don’t last more than 2 hours.
I have tried these:
The first time I left the battery on the charger for 5 hours and then I took it out from the charger even if its light was red. The battery lasted for 1.5-2 hours.
The second time I left the battery on the charger for 7 hours. Again no green light and the battery lasted for 1.5-2 hours.
The third time I left the battery overnight for almost 12 hours and as all other times charger’s light was red and the duration of the battery 1.5-2 hours.

Any idea?

PS.
I am not a new e-cig user. I am vaping for almost 5 months and I have plenty kits like 901,601 pipe, 701 cigar and box mods so I can tell you that this problem is not enough to change my mind for Riva. I find it an excellent vapor devise with best performance with carto. I don’t like LR’s or regular 510 atomizers because of the burn taste they give you if you don’t feed them so often.

Hi , I'm not sure that this is entirely correct, as we do not for one wait until the defective device is returned, and the shipping does not take 20-30 days to begin with.

rick
I will try to avoid "send back...get a replacement" because all this needs 20-30 days.

Guess I'm dead in the water. Never did get an order number to supply to anyone. All I got is my PP receipt saying they got the bucks.

Cheers,

this sounds like you did not follow the instructions in the manual for conditioning the batteries,

but it could also be a faulty charger,
send to Rick at Customer service.
