i was worried at first that i might have messed something up, but since you put it that way, yeah i must have done something right, oh well, next time i'll try conditioning the batteries straight out of the box with no using it. thanks alot for the info though, means alot, glad that eastmall has a good rep. thanks again!

I think a lot of people do a quick try on the factory charge,

it is too hard to wait all that time for your very first puff -- hahahah

but the first time that you actually put it on the charger is the first charge you give it -
so this is the time to do the conditioning starter charge.
