Yes, that's a pain to have to pay for warranty work shipping, but that's how most things are handled these days unless there's a repair center close by. Still, you'd have to burn gas to take it somewhere and pick it up, so you get tagged either way. Most companies ship it back to you at their cost once you get it to them.
My Provari V2 came in the mail yesterday. So far, nothing but great performance. I bought the extended warranty and that's something I don't normally do. $25/ 24 months comes to $2 a month for two years coverage and seemed seemed like a good idea for covering the electronics an additional year.
If it breaks, I'll pay USPS five bucks to get it to them plus enough to insure it. It will be worth it. I can see your disappointment. Breakage after 2 days
