I have a lavatube and 4 egobatteries im ....... Now im probably gonna have to pay to ship this thing back. Wait for the stupid thing to be repaired. Hmmm. I'm not a Provari fanboy but just wondering, (1) what do the errors tell you, and (2) what kind/resistance atomizer, cartomizer or whatever is being run on it? Also, have you checked the battery & unit with a multimeter?

Could be a very simple (& fast, inexpensive) solution here. Best of luck... & don't let it drive ya to smoke! :toast:

Yep its confirmed.. I have to pay to send back a defictive item.. Bs. Provape stands behind there product?

Yes, that's a pain to have to pay for warranty work shipping, but that's how most things are handled these days unless there's a repair center close by. Still, you'd have to burn gas to take it somewhere and pick it up, so you get tagged either way. Most companies ship it back to you at their cost once you get it to them.

My Provari V2 came in the mail yesterday. So far, nothing but great performance. I bought the extended warranty and that's something I don't normally do. $25/ 24 months comes to $2 a month for two years coverage and seemed seemed like a good idea for covering the electronics an additional year.

If it breaks, I'll pay USPS five bucks to get it to them plus enough to insure it. It will be worth it. I can see your disappointment. Breakage after 2 days vaping has to be frustrating.

If you are using the recommended batteries for that unit and the recommended cartos, have you checked your battery as well? Press 11 times and it will tell your battery charge. What do you have your vape volts set to? press 5 times for that volt reading. Could be setting & carto. Provape is very good about getting back to you if you fill out the form online, but maybe over the weekend it will take longer? Did you read troubleshooting and FAQ on their webpage? bnrk

Your frustration is understandable, but these are electronic devices and this can happen even with the best parts and manufacturing processes. It's the nature of the beast for any electronics that there will inevitably be some failures and that can't be avoided.

In any case, keep us posted on how Provape customer service handles your issue.

20120428_200827.jpgCecila emailed me back saying I need to try to clean it >_>!. Told her I allready tried. Then said "we hired some new people" then said to send it back to Monroe WA with a letter etc and if it is covered under warrenty they will fix if not then they will emial me the price to fix lmao. I can understand if I decided to give it a bath or use it to hammer nails with why it would not be covered under warrenty. But why say that when we got them 2 days ago. Ahh well guess we will have to wait

Just send a copy of your paid invoice with order number, they will see it is just a few days old. They get alot of business so don't know everyone, but they will make it right. bnrk
