I'm wondering, is there any booster that can be controlled with an applied voltage rather than a resistor? Say controlling the booster output with a microcontroller.

Nice work, breaktru. I notice you used a 1/4 Watt value for the fixed resistors. Will 1/8 Watt suffice?
