I just always miss the good old days.
Contests. Not that I'm poverty struck, but it was fun. Gone.
Camaraderie. Not that it's gone, just fewer of us around. Sad.
Freedom. Not that we've always been, but at least in those days, we just did our thing and were left alone. Bummer.

A few quick moments, and summer is gone. I still have meats to burn on the grill, songs to be played on the guitars, and tequilas to be tossed back and quivered to.
It has been a great 5 years, (Sept 24). Not 1 smoke, and only a slight urge a few times (that quickly went away).
And Torque and Malibu with Belgian Cocoa are still in my rotation!

Snuck out of work early friday, and me and the MrsOno making a nice last weekend down the Jersey Shore. The Chowderfest was last weekend, and this weekend is about the last one where some restaurants and hotels will be open. Colombus Day, and there's a 18 mile run on Sunday, and Ship Bottom is having a big Kite Jamboree. Some of these kites are bigger than a tour bus, with a team of guys on the ropes.
But now sipping a cold hard cider, watching the sailboats glide along the bay.

We're doin. It's just been real quiet lately. Seems Halo hasn't assigned a rep/moderator for our group. I'm not on fb, but I hear thats where they focus the online presence these days.
Still working this interim job. Ha! 3 years now. I gotta find me something better. (more money, more challenges)
But my pair of 25+ yr Volvos have never run better.
